They quoted me on price and then increased the price when they arrived. They charged another $26 for additional parts. The unit installed is WiFi but not compatible with Alexa. Somewhat disappointing.

The tech identified a safety flaw and also corrected that in addition to the garage door repair. Worked on a Sunday, and finished the job within a couple hours.

We had an emergency and Town and Country was there.

there is a fee for just coming to your home which I thought was high but they fixed my door in just a few minutes as the cable came lose but nothing was broken. They came the same day I called and the man who fixed my cable was polite, efficient and helpful
