Billy was the technician that came out twice to do different repairs on my garage door. Both times I was given a 2 hour window for repair and he showed up at the beginning of the window and got both jobs done in a timely manner, He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I poured over countless reviews and they ended up first on my list to call. However after speaking with the rep on the phone I ended up just going with them and I am happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

Good work At a low cost

I called the company on Wednesday and my garage door opener was installed on Thursday. The customer service was awesome. The technician was Justin Brown who was friendly, fast and efficient. He installed the opener, explained the new system , cleaned the area and was out under 1 hour. I would highly recommend this company.

Very unsatisfied with the experience my garage door opener is not fixed. I had to go online and order the parts that I needed for the repair, wanted to replace the opener but because it is 15 years old this was not an option. So instead he replaced my springs and told me to call when I get my parts and he would only charge us another service call. Asked if I could use the coupons and he said next time.
