well they didn't fix my computer because they didn,t know how. don't go there.

Around Christmas time, I was home sick with Mono and Strept throat and couldn't go out when my computer stopped working. I called Your IT to pick up my computer for repair; I should have known there was a problem because he didn't show up on the day he said he would (Dec. 15th), but did finally come and pick it up on Dec. 19th. He stated that he would have it for me the next day. The next day came and went and not only did I not hear from him, I couldn't get him to return my phone calls for several days. When he finally did call me, he told me that the processor had melted and would need to be replaced, but wasn't sure what caused it. He said he would have it fixed the next day. Again, he didn't call or show up so I tried to reach him, but again the business phone kept switching over to voicemail and he didn't return my calls. Tony finally phoned me on Dec.23rd to say he would drop off my computer, but he never came. On Christmas Eve he called to say he was leaving the store and was coming straight to my house with it. He never showed up or called and I never heard from him, nor would he return my calls. Finally on Monday, December 28th my dad went out to Your IT (I was still sick) to see what was going on. Tony said it was fixed so my dad gave him my credit card information and brought my computer to me (I paid him $75 for replacing my processor). I turned on my computer for a short while, and it overheated and turned off again. When I called Tony, he said he would come by and look at it. He did actually show up and turned it on, etc. He said the GPU for my model had been recalled and that he thought that the GPU was the problem. He said he was going to call Hewlett Packard the next day, get another GPU and install it, and that he would call me the next day. It is now January 23rd (almost a month later) and I have never heard from him. In the meantime, I contacted HP about the GPU and they said there was never a recall on the GPUs and that he was not telling me the truth. I now have my laptop with another repairman who has given me a loaner until I get it back. This is absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had with any company of any kind!
