They did a great job and spent longer than expected as he said was the drain was clogged with something rock hard, turns out that using too much Liquid Plummer and not getting any results and letting repair go too long to call in a Pro leads to really clogged drain. Needless to say Steve got it all cleared and even tho he spent that much time he charged me $50 less than he quoted me, I will call on him next time I need work done.

I thought need to replace the water gas heater but I was wrong. John was very honest guy. He will take his time to write on paper for communicating with me. He made some adjust and cleaned. The water heater is up running again.

Excellent!! The dump pump alarm started on a Saturday morning and by 2pm we couldn't get it to stop. Found this company on Angie's list and called John. He came out in les than half an hour, found that the pump switch was bad, replaced it on the spot, and was done in less than an hour. He was excellent! Very kind, honest, and reasonable for an emergency weekend call. Very pleased.

I am very fond of him. He really is superior. He is a great guy. The price was competitive. I had a relatively inexpensive hot water heater installed by another plumber and it had a five year warranty and it was like two days before that warranty expired. He got a free one for me. I had to pay for the installation off course. What stood out to me was the quality of service. He has always responded in a timely manner. He comes out very quickly.
