 + -1 moreCracked the mortar in my garage's block foundation when they pumped in the limestone-water mix. The grinder covered everything in my garage with cement dust. The section of floor they raised slowly sank again. The crack at the edge of the segment has opened up about 1/2 inch.
Description of Work: About half of one side of my garage floor had dropped. At the front edge the dropped section the drop was over 1 inch. over an inch. I needed the floor raised permanently.

Description of Work: I had JBI lift the concrete apron in front of the garage. The work performed was very good but there was problems with scheduling and personnel. I hope these have been worked out since.

 + 0 moreThe workers arrived a bit later than expected due to equipment problems on the job before ours. The workers were pleasant, courteous and worked efficiently to get the job done in less than two hours. I would definitely hire this company again.
Description of Work: We had several bad cracks in our cement driveway. One spot was cracked clear across the end of the drive and had dropped 4-5 inches. JBI came in and lifted the concrete so the big crack was level and supported. They lifted several other slabs on the drive that had sunk a quarter inch or so. They weren't sure if one broken corner could be lifted without breaking, but they were successful in doing it. Now we have a level attractive drive without the cost of replacement.
