They did not get rid of our wasp problem. Actually made it worse. Their method of application was a joke: The wasp nest was in wall of our second story master bedroom. They didnâ t use a ladder to get pesticide into outside hole to nest. Never came in house to spray into areas they were coming into our bedroom. I called and told them and expressed I was not happy and he defended his process and gave excuses. Wasted $200. Thought Angieâ s list would have reputable businesses. Will not use Angies list or this pest control again .

Very wonderful experience from start to finish. Tim was my sales guy and was extremely helpful and friendly. Roger came out to remove the bee hive and was friendly, professional and gave me all the information I needed to keep my pet and myself safe during the entire process. I received a call from First Choice Pest Control within a few minutes of inquiring, late Friday. An appointment was made for Monday, and the worker arrived a few minutes before the expected window. He was polite, explained everything well, and provided additional resources for preventative methods. It took about 30 or less to treat for carpenter ants, so the price seemed a bit high but it seems average going rate. They guarantee their work for a year. Convenient to pay on line. Would use them again!

The company is great. Customer service is great. They were quick to come out and take care of our needs. Would definitely recommend this company to anybody.

The service was excellent. The tech, Duncan, was personable and professional. He was sent out the next day after I made my call. The company guarantees the service for 90 days, so I may call them to return within that time if any insects return. Thank you for great service!

The person was about an hour late but that is understandable as each situation is different. He took care of eliminating the yellow jackets.

It was a miscommunication at first. I thought I was getting an estimate and they came prepared for doing the service. But, they explained the service that needed to be done and explained the problem. I was impressed by their explanation of the situation and the warranty they offered so I hired them on the spot. The cost was reasonable.

They were not on time I had contacted Anti and told that I didn't want them anymore. Immediately after I hung up within 5 minutes they called and said they were delayed. I told them they were to late but after some talking I relented and allowed them to come. When he got here he was very professional and did a good job.

They took care of my bee problem and they have not returned.

They got rid of the wasps... but, they got under the siding and eaves and they damaged the siding. They did not have any tools to unfasten the siding.
