Charles made sure the job was done professionally following correct procedures in removing the bee hive from the roof overhang. He was very polite, reliable, and informative arriving early both visits.

they sprayed for bugs so i wont know immediately if it worked, but they are very professional and they came right away, great customer service so far, as for the price, i really don't know if its high for what they do but its just high priced period, maybe its the same price everywhere.

Very responsive and sensitive to our needs. Extremely prompt. My son is allergic to bees and so the bees picked our house to call home. When I told Tim that at 8 pm, he made certain the guys were here at 8 am. And just hat quick my son is safe in his own home again

Charles, the technician that was sent out was really great, he found my mouse problem & solved it effectively. Their office staff was excellent & succinct regarding their services. However their marketing guy, Tim, was confusing and long winded, besides back tracking verbally several times which left me wondering what was going to happen when the technician came out.

Roger was prompt explained everything and did the treatment that turned out to be yellow Jackets. Offered a few suggestions that we can do and is scheduling the last 2 treatments for the year. Scarey but was reassured by the time he left. Thanks Roger for a great job.
