From the 1st phone call, to the explanation of services that were performed was a perfect example of professionalism.

When I called in they responded immediately and was very attentive. However, the service representative came unprepared. He did not even have a ladder to get into my crawl space. He used a step stool from my kitchen. Therefore he could not even go all the way into the space to give a full assessment of the situation and then said if I had a taller ladder he could go all the way up there. I was charged $150 for a 2-4 minute glance into the space. Very unsatisfied with the assessment of the situation.

Workman was very nice, efficient and explained everything he was doing. I was amazed that I did not have an excess odor. There was a slight confusion about the price, but the Workman corrected the error to the original price.

First Choice Pest Control was very prompt in responding to my request, and arrived within the given time window scheduled. Their price was also extremely good. They sprayed for the yellowjackets, but now we have to wait to see if the nest is destroyed. I'm confident if there is still an issue that the company will address it!
