Fast service; they came to my home within two hours of my placing a call for service.

First choice pest control came out initially 12/31 due to mole activity in my backyard, the service representative solved the problem. He was professional, friendly and informative. He explained beforehand what he planned to do to resolve my issue and summarized for me at the end and so forth. I called for a return visit 1/22 I thought there was mole activity however there wasnâ t any activity. The service rep also again presented great customer service Sandy

We realize that we had a yellow jacket nest in the ceiling of our bedroom on a Friday afternoon. We called first choice pest control and they were to our house within 30 minutes!! They took care of the problem instantly and we have not had any issues since. We highly recommend them. Excellent customer service and response time, especially on a Friday afternoon before the weekend!!

Excellent from first phone conversation outlining the project to completion of the job. The technician was punctual, courteous and explained the various options before beginning. What began as just removing a hornet s nest on my property to treating the ants and mice problems in my home.

I found some sort of a nest in my ceiling while caulking around the edges prepping to paint. The tip of the caulk tube went right through a very thin paint patch where the bees or what ever it was ate or used the drywall all the way to the paint lining.Not sure how many times the ceiling had been painted prior to us moving in but that's all that was between me and that nest. I never would've known it was there had I not recaulked the trim/molding. I called them and they were here that same day. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend this company.

They came out to look at our attic where there was clearly tunneling from a rodent. After a thorough review, they told us that there was no recent evidence of mice and that the tunneling could ve been from a chipmunk in the past. We ended up hiring them to do another job because we trusted them from their honest assessment of what we had been told was a Big Mice Problem that would ve cost a lot of money to remediate.

Everything was great, the only problem I had was that they arrived an hour early and did not let me know they were coming early as noted in the reservation that they were supposed to call me an hour before they arrived.
