Roger came, determined I had squirrel in my Basement. found his entry, set a trap, caught a red squirrel, him, took him away. no fuss, no hesitation -1-2-3- Just like that. Roger knows his stuff.

Called this morning and they were out within a few hours.

Called them yesterday for a bug concern came the next day found the issue and treated problem and signed up for the monthly protection

They came out when the promised (and it was a holiday weekend!) and did the work. We had lots of big black ants coming in the house. A few days after they were out, I couldn’t find any more ants inside. Thank you!!!!

arrived as promised. only had the 1st application, but it appears to be working so far.

This was just a termite inspection for a home refinance loan. That isn't in the list to choose from so I had to go with termite control. I just don't want others to be confused. There was no work done but the technician was very polite and performed the inspection thoroughly and efficiently so I did not have to be gone from work very long.

Great Company came out quickly as I had multiple bee types and multiple bee nests which were going to delay my construction project except for the quick response and affective treatments at my house performed by First. Hire this Company!

Came out for a bee problem. The tech sprayed the area which reduced the bee problem but didn’t completely get rid of it. They came out the second time at no extra charge to spray the area. Thanks!

He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions...we had multiple colonies of carpenter ants until First Choice arrived...No More Ants!! Great job...we will definitley call you if we ever have future pests...thank you

I would be nice if they have a small vacuum to clean after.

Had to go in attic crawl space and alot of insulation fell on floor and clothes. I had to clean it up

Reassurance the spray would not harm my pet. I am very happy the box elders and other insects are gone.

We thought we had slab ants which required a spray but the technician correctly identified them as odorous house ants which required a completely different treatment. If he had not been so thorough and experienced he may have used the spray which would have been completely ineffective. The ants were totally gone in 3 days- we couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend them.

These folks went the extra mile to accommodate my needs, situation and schedule. A family business that treats customers like family. Roger gave a full analysis of my situation and completely explained what he was doing to remedy things.

They came in less than 24 hours, explained exactly what they were going to do (and showed us) and why, and got the job done. Very good interpersonal manner. They found some problems that we didn't know about (leaking pipe and rotten door frame).

It was easy to set up. It was very professional. The results are great so far.

I was able to schedule the whole thing via email. When they came out to remove the wasps he was friendly and finished within an hour. Will use again fro pest removal.
