First Choice Pest Control, Inc.

In February 2018 I had an infestation of Carpenter ants. It was horrible! I tried to enlist the service of several other pest control companies near by, but was unsuccessful. First Choice Pest Control not only answered my call for help, but they were very prompt with their service. It took two applications to get rid of the ants, but they were diligent in their services, worked with my schedule, and reasonable in costs. Later on in the year, I had a problem with Carpenter bees, First Choice came to my rescue again. I am very satisfied with their friendly customer service and thorough job of taking care of my pest problems.

Highly recommend, and would definitely be my first choice if I ever have another pest problem.

They contacted me quickly and were here the next day at the time we agreed on. He found where the bees were getting into the house and sprayed them. He told me that he would come back if that treatment didn’t get rid of them. He also sprayed some wasp nests while he was here. I’m very satisfied.

They came within 2 hours. Roger is the gentleman that I worked with. He did a great job. Very proffesional, very sweet guy. I will use again.

Roger came out the next day to take care of a yellow jacket nest that was in the attic via a gutter as well as a nest which was in a hole in our yard. He was very polite and explained the process and what to expect. We are very happy to give him a two thumbs up and highly recommend First Choice.

Roger came out and I took him around and showed him where there was a hole in the overhang at the front door, Roger did the work and I paid him, I assumed everything was done and I noticed that the hole in the overhang and there was squealing in the attic was still there so I called him and he said that I needed to get a carpenter and I said why did you not tell me before you did the job and I would have got it fixed first, I was told he would fix all the holes and he also said to call me with in 15 days if there is a problem,

We hired First Choice Pest Control to clear mice from the attic of the house we just bought and also for insect control for the many bees, hornets and wasps outside. They were exceedingly professional, came exactly when they said they would and inspected thoroughly to discover the problem unlike the other pest control company that we hired to inspect. Once the problem was diagnosed, one treatment took care of the mice and they sealed all problem areas so there will be no future issues. We noticed a huge reduction with the first insect application. I will continue to use First Choice to maintain control of the insects and while I hope to never need them for rodent control again, I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

I would not do business with this company again. they charged twice the going rate. Did the job and made sure it was safe and job was done. I do think they used the right product. Guy seemed like he didn't know a lot, but he was very polite.
