Description of Work: Had a 2nd bathroom put in on lower level. Very please with Joe Beman as the general contractor! Overall cost was very reasonable!

Description of Work: Joe Beman (Beman Builders) and his team refinished the pine floors throughout our 1950 cottage, upstairs and down. We could not be there, so he and his crew worked on their own, moving all the furniture as needed, sanding and finishing the floors, moving the furniture back, and cleaning up all the sawdust. It took about five days -- living room, dining room, two bedrooms and hallway. | |We came a week later to check the work and were very pleased. He did everything we agreed on and did it well. I feel good about Joe and will almost certainly call him for the next phase of our remodeling work. | |In the months before the job, there were a few times when it took Joe two or three days to answer my emails. I guess that' par for the course with contractors. After I told him I wished he would respond more promptly, he did exactly that. | |I would recommend Joe highly.
