Description of Work: They were in the middle of a divorce and actually never came to clean. After trying to reschedule I told them to forget it. I don't think they cashed my check but I'm not completely sure. It was disappointing.

Description of Work: They cleaned our small condo (710 sq. ft) the cost was $240! Sue (the owner) explained that they did a thorough cleaning that's why the cost was so high and said it wouldn't always be that expensive. Two days later they cleaned the same condo and our other unit one floor up. The total square feet of that unit is also 710sq. ft. They charged us over $400!!! When we tried to talk to them about the cost they wouldn't budge. I was there part of the time they cleaned, one girl was on the telephone half the time they were there, another girl was standing on our balcony watching a wedding. It took 3 or 4 of them 2 hours to clean each of our units when all the other cleaning services we have hired charge us 1/4 of the cost. Although they did do a good job cleaning it was not much different than any other people we have hired. We felt very taken advantage of and will never hire them again. If you are going to hire this company I highly recommend you get in writing the total cost BEFORE they do anything.

+ -1 moreI was aware they were behind schedule and would be here in an hour. They explained their services, made me aware that 3 people work one hour, extra after that. They were organized and got after it. I paid a total of $185.00 including my $75.00 deal.
Description of Work: I paid $75.00 for the special and bought additional time. Well worth it, they washed my windows, did a great job on my wooden kitchen floor, made my Garland stove shine, and made my double basin stainless steel sink shine. Nice, polite and pros

+ -1 moreWe have been using them for about 6-7 years and they are great. Our guests are always giving us complements on how clean the cabins are. They are very reliable and professional.
Description of Work: We have a summer cabin business and they perform all the cleaning and upkeep for those cabins. They perform at least a weekly cleaning during our season of operation (May through the middle of October). They will also do any cleaning if I need them outside of the regularly scheduled visits.

+ -1 moreWe have used Clean Works for Us for about 5 years. They come to me on a weekly basis, doing what is necessary. Sometimes it's just dusting and light cleaning. Other times it is heavy cleaning, such as all floors mopped, beds stripped and made, all bathrooms scrubbed, etc. They also will do any additional services I need- such as wasp removal, cleaning and installation of porch screens, exterior furniture cleaned,etc. They always either answer the phone immediately or call me back within the hour if they aren't available. They are polite, NON-SMOKING in my home or on the grounds, and prompt. I feel very fortunate to have such a reliable service. Their prices are fair, and notify me if there is going to be an excess charge for services.
Description of Work: The provider does all cleaning- kitchen, 4 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, all living spaces, outside decks and porches. They will do laundry if needed for all bedding and linens. They are also available to do any other jobs I need.

+ -1 moreOn 1st visit they ask what you want done. They bring all their own equipment & solutions. After we talked, he used a "Stop-Watch" and began work. There was all easy steady work after that ! Very efficient, a great cleaning job. They are insured !! Because of my poor health & due to their honesty I will now be able to keep my home & not have to move to a small home! This company also lets you choose : time limit per visit & 1-4 visits per month ( what is suitable for your budget!)
Description of Work: They dusted, vacuumed & washed all floors as requested they washed down of 2 bathrooms walls. They changed sheets on 2 bedrooms used for guests. Shook out SM. Throw rugs, plus polished doors & dusted window blinds.
