It’s amazing just how much water can spray all over the place when a supply line under the kitchen sink fails and the ancient shut off valve doesn’t work. Especially late on a Saturday afternoon. That’s what happened yesterday. I called Walton Plumbing and not only did someone come out, he made it over within an hour and a half. He diagnosed and fixed the issue, including the offending shut off, in about 30 minutes. His charge was very reasonable, and honestly was MUCH less than I thought it would be/was prepared to pay to have this fixed on a Saturday night.

I can't say enough about Bill Walton and his team! They are very knowledgeable, professional and reasonable in pricing. I had relied on another service and discovered that the previous service did not throughly address the problem. Bill Walton and his team not only corrected the problem that was ignored but got rid of the storm trap and rerouted the storm drain to the sewer line. This was my son's house and an episode of basement flooding had occured the previous year. Bill advised us on the best plan to prevent any further issues in the future by using back flow valves and removing the storm trap. He will be our plumber and my son's plumber from now on!

Perfectly. Toilet had extremely difficult clog and we had tried everything to unclog. Bill Walton was able to manage with minimal work having explained possible causes, remedies and costs prior to beginning. Very professional and personable.

Mr. Walton gave me an estimate up front. He followed that estimate, in spite of the tub being more challenging to remove than expected. Mr. Walton’s knowledge and pricing is above and beyond what is expected. Communication is a heavy problem

My sump pump stopped working late afternoon on the Friday after Thanksgiving. (Critical house equipment only gives up the ghost on holidays. Why is that?!) I called Walton Plumbing after 5 pm. Bill Walton answered and said he could come out the next morning to install a new 1/2 HP Rigid pump. He showed up on time (actually a little early), did a quick and excellent job and by 10:30 am on Saturday, I was back in business. The guy is no nonsense, high integrity, and really knows his stuff. I highly recommend him.

It was Sunday morning when I split a water pipe. So no water in the house. I was able to get a few inline water shut off valves and I was able to isolate the area enough where we would at least have water in the kitchen and half bath. But going too many days without a shower was not an option. So Monday morning I am calling around for plumbers to come out that day. Obviously, that is not an easy thing to find. Walton Plumbing was kind enough to move some things. They were out by 1pm and by 3pm we had all water running in the house. Walton Plumbing called ahead before showing up, showed up when promised, completed work in reasonable amount of time, and was very professional/honest. I thought the service fee was a little pricey, but I couldn't argue considering the position I was in. But I will call them again. I also needed contact of a handyman to do some additional work and Walton provided information for someone that is working out very well as well.

He came out for a quote about a month ahead of time and we hired him after we finally purchased our new cooktop stove. He was willing to do a Saturday install which was appreciated since my husband likes to be there to learn about the different trades and how things are installed in our house. He did a great job with the install and even took a look at the plumbing under our sink and told my husband how he could make it fix it so there aren't problems in the future. Definitely recommend.

Work went as planned and they were very courteous and knowledgeable.

Walton was very responsive. He came right out to check the water leak. His assessment made sense and he replaced the boiler the next day. He was right on time and the work was done very professionally. He knew about the permits that needed to be drawn up. He did what he said he would. We would hire him again.

He is punctual, professional and an extremely knowledgeable plumber. His prices are very fair. He now is the plumber I call when I need these kind of services. He is excellent and I highly recommend him!

Paul was quickly available to replace a failed sump and backup sump in our flooded basement. We did call the company again to replace a broken kitchen water faucet and, again, the work was done quickly and to our satisfaction.

He came out to do the assessment for free and he came out either the same day or soon after that. Very easy to work with him on the phone and via text. For the emergency sewer pipe problem, he fixed it same day in just a few minutes. On the shallow well install, he even hooked up a field spigot that I didn't know about and now it works again. Very professional and would absolutely recommend. Prices were very fair, especially with coming out for free. Accepted credit cards through Square. $500 for the install (excluding price of the pump and reservoir tank which I had already bought from Tractor Supply) and $225 for the emergency sewer problem.

They were just here doing some work yesterday and with a discount. They came and gave us an estimate last week, and they were able to come back yesterday morning. They were professional. My wife was here the first time, and I was here for the work and we both felt the same. This is not the first time we've used them.
