Description of Work: I purchased one of the specials, $99 for 2 hours of plumbing. The plumber took the whole 2 hours to put in my new dishwasher. I felt this was too long and I should have had my father in law install it. He did it before in least time than the plumber. I had hoped to have another issue I was having looked at along with the dishwasher install.

Description of Work: I purchased a special voucher prepaying 2 hours of plumbing labor. I had a short list of items for the plumber to tackle, but didn't really know how long it would take. He finished tightening the toilet and fixing a leak under my bathroom sink within about 30 minutes. He then packet up and collected the small amount due for parts needed. I was a bit put off that he didn't inquire if there was anything else I needed, since I still had well over an hour of time available, and it all had to be used on that visit. I had a few other things, but again I didn't know at the time he started working how long it would take so I had just rattled off a few things at first. I don't know that I really got much of a deal at all in hind sight.

Description of Work: They removed my old kitchen faucet and installed a new one I had bought from Costco. Since there was time left over (the deal included up to 2 hours of labor for $99), I asked them to replace two valves leading to my washing machine. They ran up to Home Depot to get the needed parts then did the job. The extra parts for both jobs cost $40.

Description of Work: Removed / reinstalled existing leaky toilet to replace seal at floor. "A" scores because he scheduled the appt on a Sunday (wow!) and the work is great. "C" score for punctuality because he showed up 30 mins early with no advance warning. An itemized receipt for the additional materials cost would have been nice.

Description of Work: The plumber fixed two toilets and also gave us some advice about some future possible pipe work. He was very quick and my toilets have been working perfectly ever since. He did an excellent job.

Description of Work: He was prompt and came within less than 24 hours. He fixed two toilets--one replacing part of the apparatus and the other he replaced the entire "guts." He was courteous and professional and I would hire him again.

Description of Work: Bill was easy to deal with and got the job(s) done that I needed. Plumbing work was done in a quality manner. There was some soldering flash and other debris left behind that I had to clean up but since I had two project for him to complete I accept that as a time saver for him.

Description of Work: Repair of broken pipe. Job appears to be well done however I won't know for sure until the warm weather but it appears to be fine. Unfortunately I was not able to be there when the work was done so I can not provide details on the service but I have no complaints at this time. It was done as agreed.
