Called with an emergency situation and plumber was to our home in 25 minutes. Courteous and professional, and fixed the problem quickly.

It was 930 pm on a Saturday night and we noticed we had a small amount of sewage backing up into our house thru the floor drains in our basement. We couldn't flush our toilets or use any of our sinks. I got on angies list and found someone close to my house with 24 hr service. I made the call and within 20 minutes, he was backing into my drive .He came in and assessed the problem, got the necessary tools, and about another 25-30 minutes later, he was puling out of my drive. He took time to put plastic down and made sure everything was how it looked when he arrived, before he left. He was a knowledgeable, friendly guy and i would recommend him to anyone! The 20% off coupon was a nice touch as well! thanks again.....

Bill was still working when I called him at 7:30 in the evening. He made an appointment for the disposal replacement the next morning. He called before coming and was actually half an hour early. I had the replacement purchased and waiting. He was in and out in thirty minutes. No problem so far. I have yet to run the dishwasher with the new disposal to test for leaks, but I don't expect anything to go wrong.

From the moment I called and spoke with Bill I felt that I would be a priority. I actually called and spoke with him probably after 9 am and he asked when I would need him to come out. I laughingly told him today thinking that it would be well into the afternoon before he would be available. He said that he had a couple of jobs to do but that he would be at my house between 12 and 1. Yay! Pretty speedy if you ask me. He actually sent a text later that he would be at my house definitely at 12:30 which was fine by me. I had standing water in my kitchen sink and he snaked the drain and then snaked the rooftop vent. Voila! No more standing water. Problem solved and all under an hour. Bill also guaranteed his work by saying that if the clog should return within the next thirty days that he would come back out with no charge. I would definitely recommend him as he was very professional and got the job done.

I received a call from our tenant that water was leaking into her bedroom. I needed a plumber in the next few days so I called our regular plumber - who couldn't do it until the following week. I looked on Angie's List; found Walton Plumbing; he answered my call immediately, and came over the following day. I couldn't be there, but he made arrangements to do the work; then called me with an evaluation; and I was able to pay him by phone. Very prompt and very professional! I would recommend him 100%.

Walton Plumbing 1) came out when it was convenient for ME (on a SUNDAY!), 2) was very professional, 3) was very informative and 4) promptly (and very efficiently) addressed the primary reason I needed a plumber. After fixing the slow draining (ok - almost not draining at all!) problem, Bill cheerfully helped with a few other things I threw at him and answer several plumbing-related questions.

He did ok except he didn't use a checklist. He basically asked me what was wrong. Fixed the hot water in shower. After he left we received a notice from the water company that there was a leak.

Mr. Walton arrived when promised. He went to the hardware and got the supplies since I did not know what piping he would need. Bill, from Walton Plumbing of MI, came to fix our sump pump. He was able to explain and diagnose the problem quickly. He was knowledgeable and friendly. If we need a plumber in the future we will be calling Bill.

I purchased a Big Deal for $99.00 for plumbing work from Walton Plumbing on Angie's List. I was a little hesitant not knowing the plumber and having bad plumbing experiences in the past. This guy is a true professional! The day following day after I purchased the Big Deal from Angie's List, he responded to my email to set up an appointment date, and requested a brief description of the plumbing issue I was having. He arrived on time and before he even entered my home, he removed his shoes without asking, at the front door! He looked at the toilet and I described the leaking problem. He went out to his vehicle, got the parts and had the problem fixed in no time! He cleaned up after the work and left the bathroom like he had never been there, except no more leaking toilet! The Big Deal covered the labor, so all I had to pay for were the parts. I was a little embarassed when I was $2 short in cash to pay for the part and he said it was no problem! That kind of customer service is rare now a days. I would highly recommend him and I would hire him again if I need a plumber!

After 17.5 years of service our water heater decided to quit. Called a couple local plumbers from Angie's List: All were very busy due to the cold winter we're having here. Walton, however, was able to fit us in over the weekend (Walton appears at the top of the list for my Angie's List search). They showed up moderately late (kind of expected due to how busy they were given all the problems everyone is having from the weather). The gentleman who showed up got straight to work replacing our heater. Within two hours everything was complete and we had hot water again. Very high quality workmanship.

Contact with Bill was easy and effortless. He showed up on time and completed the job in two hours even though I did not get all the parts needed for the install. I found him using the 99 for two hours deal that he ran earlier in the week. There was a small 10 buck surcharge for the materials he had to use which was very reasonable. He cleaned up the area after he was done. Very efficient and friendly service. I will be using him again in the future without hesitation.
