Description of Work: Needed a Handyman for a new house that my sister bought. I never received any acknowledgement of the email I sent to him. My sister hasn't heard from them either.

+ -1 moreMike was very nice and explained verbally to me that he would replace 4 feet of wood surrounding the deteriorating skylights. The bid read "replace any damaged boards". The chimney was capped and I have not had a problem. However, the work he performed on the skylights was sub par. He failed to use the provided clips with the skylights, they were screwed into the sheetrock. Damaged boards remained on my roof, and he had duck taped those. I have pictures.. I would never have found this out had I not decided to put a new roof on the house. I paid him for replacement of boards, installation of skylights, shingles, and capping the chimney. And this did not stop the leak in the garage. Integrity Roofing performed my roof replacement. He came in very close to his estimate even with the added work to correct Parker's sub par work. Parker's sent me a check for $120 to cover some of the cost to correct his mistakes.
Description of Work: Replaced two skylights and capped the chimney. I was told this would stop the leak in the garage.

Description of Work: I asked him for an estimate to have some roof repair done. He came out and said that it really didn't need an extensive of a repair I thought it would. Very rare indeed. So I got an estimate to install seem less gutters instead. I will call him when I am done with the roof. Nice guy!

Description of Work: I have used Parker's Home Improvement on many occasions. I have used Mike from minor repairs to major roof work. Most recently Mike is installing a Metal roof on my home. + -1 moreI called Mike about removing some horrible shingle siding from a portion of a house I recently purchased. He came out and gave me a quote. Once I gave him the go-ahead he called to schedule the work, and we got started within 10 days, around my schedule.His crew is friendly and personable. They did the tear off and cleaned up every scrap, then came back and installed the siding. Let me just say that this is an odd, old house and bending the metal around some of the fascia and windows posed a problem, but Mike took his time and it looks awesome and water tight. His corners are perfectly mitered. I'm thrilled with my choice to go with Parker and will contact him when I have another project in the pipeline.

+ 1 moreThey are still doing some work for me and the total is around $2000. He is very easy to work with. He offers good ideas and suggestions to help me save money. He is a very reliable and trustworthy person.
Description of Work: I use Parker's Home Improvement for handyman services. The last time I used them was in September this year to re-roof the shed, repaired the siding and fixed some other roofing issues. They also wrapped the doors with metal and put in a screen door.
