 + -1 moreEveryone arrived right on time and got directly to work. They worked diligently the whole time they were here and finished each room right on time. Owner, Skeet, came intermittently to make certain things were progressing well. We couldn't be happier with the result!
Description of Work: Bowersox installed new carpet and flooring throughout our new home. It was a huge job and it was done perfectly and with great care. Everyone was so helpful starting with Brandy our sales consultant to our very professional carpet layers and extending to the owner Skeet Bowersox who went out of his way to be helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done as we wanted. I can't say enough good things about this great local business!

Description of Work: We purchased flooring from Bowersox. We had to wait over a month for the installation and then the carpet was the wrong shade. When we told the installers it looked wrong they told us we could keep it or wait another month for the other carpet. The kicker was a 15% restocking fee for their mistake.
