+ -1 moreServicemen (father/son?) were prompt, thorough, clearly explained grounded circuit info, etc. Replaced both receptacles.I think the price was very reasonable, compared to my experience with previous electrical service calls.
Description of Work: Replaced 2 non-working GFCIs in bathrooms, per code requirements.

+ -1 moreJim and James Thompson are a very efficient father-son team. They respond propmptly to calls, and always tell you when you can expect to see them. They provided a written estimate, including the cost of work permits needed. What was most helpful to me was Jim and James' flexibilty. I acted as my own general contractor when were having the exterior of our house resided and front porch rebuilt. When trying to schedule the electrical work, Jim and James suggested I call them as work was progressing on each side of the house so they would work in tandem with the siding crew. That meant 4 trips for them ---and the end result was great.
Description of Work: As part of our exterior home remodeling, Thompson Electric brought our electric meter and service up to code. As long as they were here.....I had them replace outdoor light fixtures, move an outdoor electrical outlet, and install can lighting on the new porch.
