I am very grateful to McGhee's team and I am impressed with their professionalism. The scheduling team was great and very patient with me as I called back 3 times to set a date for the annual inspection During the inspection a couple of problems were found and I spoke to Lance about the reasons why the repairs needed to be made. Amazingly, it was repaired the day after the inspection. Two days after repair there was an issue and they had to return and work on it for a couple more hours. The whole time Lance and team kept me updated and informed. I a very pleased.

McGhees Heating and Cooling has always done an exceptional job. From the quote, to installing my furnace to doing the yearly service inspection, their technicians have always been professional and competent. Lance, who serviced my unit, clearly explained everything he did during the service call. I highly recommend McGhees.

Everyone from McGhee’s that we interacted with did a fantastic job. Chase, Brett, Walker, Joe, and Alison. All great people who are excellent at their jobs and show that they really care about their work and their customers. I had an A/C and furnace that were over 30 years old, and they helped to replace them at a competitive price. Not the cheapest, but good quality at a reasonable price. Good company and family.

I received same day service. The service tech was friendly and knowledgeable and my air conditioner was repaired. He also called later that day to make sure that everything was working to my satisfaction.

The McGhee team is great to deal with. They communicate very well about the timing of the service and the technician has always been on time. The technician has always been professional to deal with and explains the service performed.

You called us out after the other company had improperly installed your air conditioner. They did not replace the indoor coil, refrigeration lineset, or install a filter for you. And the secondary coil on the furnace and the air conditioner coil are plugged full of dirt and debris. We did not quote to perform a repair for you because we could not guarantee our work since we did not perform the install originally. Our $200 charge was to come out and diagnose a problem, which we did. We recommended to call back the original installer to fix the problem and you could not get them to come back. Fast forward 2 more days, I finally received an estimate from McGhee's but it was for a FULL REPLACEMENT of my new AC unit at a cost of $9,824!!!! I called and talked with a manager there who said they don't want to do repairs on my unit because they believe I should replace the entire thing. I told him that was absurd and that if they were not willing to quote a repair then they need to refund the $200 repair fee I paid. They did not and now I will have to dispute the charges through other channels. I will also be filing claims with the BBB and any other agencies I can find. Do yourself a favor, find a reputable service for your HVAC repairs and stay as far away from these bait-and-switch scam artists as you can!

Matthew is an outstanding Technician. He takes pride in his work, and is consistently thorough. I trust him and McGhee's Heating & Air Conditioning for all my home's heating and cooling maintenance.

McGhees has installed my hearing./cooling systems and been doing all scheduled maintenance for years to my satisfaction. This week, however,, a gas lead was detected by a pool heater. Semco gas company was called. smelled gas and had to shut down the gas to the entire house. I called McGhees and a within an hour an experienced tech arrived, found a way to cap off an underground leak and cap off the pool heater so the gas could be turned back on to the rest of the house. The next day he was back to run a new and much improved line to the heater. And when I got the invoice for what was an emergency call it was more than fair. .

It went pretty well, with only 1 exception. He was going to take a question back to his boss (with a photo), to see if the install of the furnace new (4 years ago) was the best way to be installed for optimum use, and we’ve never heard back. The Tech also missed the fact that our exhaust pipe was loose on the exterior of the house.

Could not be happier. Technician checked everything and could not find anything wrong. He later called while on the ride home with a suggestion that the noise might be coming from the humidifier - I checked and he was right. Great service and excellent price. I Am A Better Person after meeting Matthew Keller. Inspection went well. Matthew Keller is knowledgeable, well informed, observant, and perceptive. We discussed the need to update my air conditioner as well as different ways to treat and improve the air we breath indoors with the ION Plasma System and OXY 4 AirSterilizer. They pointed out issues that had been missed by others for years. they are now working on fixing those issues.

The compressor fan failed on our central A/C on Sunday afternoon. I called McGhee's and within an hour a technician was at our home and working on the problem. The fan motor was failing. We talked about the cost of replacing the motor vs. the cost of replacing the A/C unit entirely (it's 14 years old). I wound up deciding to replace the motor at this time, with the awareness that the A/C is probably in the home stretch of its service life. Within 90 minutes of my first phone call we were up and running again. I am enrolled in McGhee's customer care program so that wound up saving me nearly $300 on the work. Great service!

Twice a year maintenance tune-ups, A/C and furnace, are always top notch. Very helpful and professional service personnel. Today, Chase solved a minor drainage leak and we discussed furnace filters. I highly recommend McGhee's.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process from estimate to installation completion. All individuals involved were professional and knowledgeable of the equipment. Installers showed up on time and provide explanation of the work being done. I definitely would recommend using McGhee's for HVAC needs.

Matthew did a very thorough inspection and found a need to replace the air conditioner fan which he replaced for me. No need for another visit. I also shared a concern about the condition of the stack. He got up on the roof and took pictures of the problem. He answered every question and was very polite. Very professional.
