Great! He let us know he was on his way and he was on time. We hadn’t owned a home in years and previously rented an apartment with radiators. He got us up and running and our home is now heated evenly.

Our old furnace caught fire in the middle of the night after being “repaired” by a different HVAC service-person. After research & getting recommendations from friends, we went with McGhee’s. They diagnosed the issues in the partially melted old unit that the other service-person claimed were repairable. The cost of repairs far exceeded the value & remaining life of the unit. McGhee’s made recommendations based on our needs. They did not try to upsell us or talk us into buying any we didn’t need which was so refreshing. We dealt with multiple people working for McGhee’s and every single one was professional and kind. (Please excuse typos)

Got an entire new HVAC system. It's amazing! So quiet now. Has a humidifier and dehumidifier with an air pacification system that I love for my allergies. The Technicians were on time. Communication was always very open and easy. Communicated with me when on his way. Had an email the day before to remind me about the appointment. Very clean and professional. Explained everything thoroughly and didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. Definitely put me at ease. Definitely recommend!

They came promptly, added refrigerant, said it was fixed and charged $488. Not only was it not fixed, we then had to have the ceiling fixed and painted ($700) and had to call another company since McGhee wouldn't stand behind their work. They said they'd come out again but if it wasn't related to the first problem we'd have to pay for that diagnostic. Really?

I have used McGhees for several years and they never disappoint. I purchased the annual maintenance service, so the heating system tune up was included.

My experience with McGhees was wonderful. I would highly recommend this Company. I have had several other local HVAC companies work for me and McGhees was by far the best.

First they helped us pick the best furnace for our home. We had three furnace choices. Their two installers were superb. They worked quietly and efficiently all day long until the furnace was completely and correctly installed. They are technically some of the best we ever encountered. From my long experience with HVAC suppliers and technicians I rate them as the best overall that we have ever experienced. We now rest more comfortably knowing they are only a phone call away.

I have worked with two different Technicians from McGhee's and both are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The Technicians gave recommendations for how to correct and improve work that had been performed by a different company. McGhee's corrected a poor install of the furnace, which was causing premature rust, and they also made adjustments to yield higher heating efficiency.

I thought for sure I was going to have to replace a limit switch or possibly a defective capacitor. Ended up with the remodeling i was doing the furnace filter had plugged up enough to slow the air flow across the heat exchanger. Very honest service technician. I definitely would recommend McGhee Heating and Cooling.

EXCELLENT! They are always on time and courteous. They have helped me out when I did an addition on my house adding duct work to it and it works flawlessly. I would recommend them to anybody without hesitation. They have always been fare and reasonable with repairs they have made for me.

We discovered a leak in the connection from the propane tank hose into the furnace. McGhee's was able to rearrange their schedule and fix it that afternoon so that we could get our heat back up and running that day.

Our experience with McGhee’s was excellent. They installed a mini split heat pump system at our residence and did so in a timely and professional manner. I appreciated that they took the time to answer all my questions and to thoroughly explain how the system works. Joe, Tristan and Derek were all very pleasant to work with.
