Am not aware of any don'ts. But DO call them for service. All in all, we are very satisfied with them, from top to bottom. That is, from the first call to schedule an appointment. Their service people, all of them, are super friendly, competent, helpful and honest. Answered so many of my questions in detail and with patience, considering my lack of knowledge in the field. Wish to give a special mention of Joe, who services all the calls and appointments. This man is a gem. Very respectful, helpful, friendly, and downright lovable. We would not hesitate for even a moment recommending McGhee's to anyone looking for related services. And that's a fact!

We love McGhees. We have used then several times and they always exceeded our expectations. From Joe, taking our call, ( and sometimes seeing his smiling face when paying our bill) to our regular service guy, Nate. They have come on short notice when we needed and Nate even coming close to end of work day to help us solve a problem. They have always been a joy to work with. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing furnace or air conditioning service.

All service from this company has been very professional and quick service. They were prompt and took care not to leave any mess. Explained everything so we understood what the problems were and what would be done to fix them.

After extensive research on themostats that could be monitored remotely, I selected the Ecobee system and was referred to McGhee as a certified installer. Scott McGhee was very professional throughout the installation and adapted the system setup to accomodate less than ideal conditions in our house.
