Description of Work: Worked on my Dell laptop which was not working very well. Roman was punctual, professional and overall a nice person. He even followed up with an e-mail a few days later to see if we had any problems not corrected by his visit. Would highly recommend his service to anyone who has a computer that has problems. Reasonable rates and service can be done remotely or depending if you are in his local service area, onsite as I had arranged.

Description of Work: The date is approximate. I don't really remember. He drove out to meet me to take a look at my computer and gave me a recommendation, which I followed through on. I appreciated that he didn't offer to repair my computer when he knew it would not be in my best interest. I appreciated that.
