Roman was amazing. He was very efficient and fair with his price. He even did some extra research for us after the job was done. He fixed everything we knew we had issues with and even some we had no idea were a problem. He communicated everything so we all understood the process and we felt very safe that our small business was being properly taken care of.

He spent close to an hour and didn’t complete anything other than cleaning up junk from the computer. What I wanted done did not get done. I felt it was a waste of money. He made a mess around my home which I had to clean up after he left. He said he would send me a receipt, but I still haven’t received it.

Everything went well. Am very happy with provider. He knows all the work arounds and is very well versed in PC troubleshooting. Would use again if had another issue with computer.

Contacted Roman. Came to my home as scheduled. Gave me a choice. Spend big bucks to fix the relic or buy a new laptop. Decision was easy. He recommended one in my price range and where to buy it. Bought it and Roman came again, as scheduled. Transferred everything over to the new computer for me. I'm happy. Would not hesitate to call him again. Highly recommended.

I just signed up for Angie's list (as suggested by my daughter) looking specifically for someone to work on my computer(s) (I use both a Mac AND a PC.) My internet provider was here 3 times to 'fix' our internet and in the process, messed up other things but mostly my printers that used to be networked would no longer work. I needed someone to fix what my 'internet' provider couldn't - and - my son couldn't. So, I read the reviews on Angie's List for computer people and Roman, The Computer Guy, was at the top of the list with the best rating. I contacted Roman, and he responded right away. We scheduled the appointment for 10 a.m., and he was here EXACTLY (and I mean EXACTLY!) at 10 a.m. I have a LOT of stuff: two BIG Epson printers, 3 laser printers, one PC, one Mac, one Mac laptop PLUS my husbands PC, along with two iPads and one Kindle. I needed all items to be networked. I didn't have passwords, I didn't have a lot of stuff but Roman knew exactly what to do. Roman worked for 2-1/4 hours and fixed everything: all the printers work - everything works - from everywhere. I have come to the conclusion that even though we have children who know how to work on computers, it's less stress on all family members to just hire someone to come in and fix stuff. When Roman left, I even gave him a hug I was so happy, and do you know, he didn't seem to mind being hugged by an old lady at all. So...ROMAN, The Computer Guy, in Southfield Michigan is the BEST!

Roman was punctual and professional. He ordered a new keyboard and came back to install. Works flawlessly now saving me having to buy a new laptop. He also recommended a good antivirus program which I purchased. He will be coming back to run some ethernet cable and fixing another computer of mine.

Roman, the owner, is great. He's professional, courteous, very efficient, and very mindful of the fact the he works/charges by the hour at a rate of $85. Roman was also very flexible about working around my schedule, including coming to my house for an early morning appointment outside of his normal business hours. He seemed expert at what he was doing, and was able to resolve internal issues with a computer modem that a Comcast technician seemd incapable of fixing, as well as resolve issues reconnecting an older printer to my wireless network, a job that other professionals in the IT industry had attempted but been able to get done. Most recently, Roman showed creativity and great customer service skills helping me quickly and timely deal with matters when my internal disc drive stopped working just as I was about to use a tax program disc to do my taxes the weekend before the tax deadline. At no additional cost or monetary benefit to his company, Roman simply loaned me an external disc drive to use in the short term and recommended that I separately purchase my own external disc drive for about $40, rather than pay him to attempt to fix or replace the internal drive at a much higher price. They wanted to pick up my computer to update it. Twice he was supposed to come by and pick up the computer and update it. He didn't show up either times and the third time he called I told him I would find another service provider because we just weren't connecting. He seemed very knowledgeable, but he wasn't able to help me.

Roman installed a new computer and printer for me. He downloaded the necessary software that was needed to make my computer ready to use. When he left I had a fully functioning computer and he was very helpful in answering all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He even removed the hard drive in the old computer so it could be destroyed. It was a pleasure having him help me with this task.

I have used Roman for about six to eight times in 4 years. He has always been knowledgable and professional about his work. Whenever I have called him he has promptly returned my call. I has been a real benefit that he comes to the home to fix or update my PC. The most recent time besides cleaning up the computer we discussed the pros and cons of upgrading or replacing Windows Vista.

Roman was very efficient in repairing my son's laptop. He was flexible enough to allow me to drop the laptop off and pickup at a different location. He repaired the laptop in a timely manner and even provided a backup disc. Very professional and pleasant person. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs help with computer or computer related technology issues.

He's a really very nice young man and I trust him. He knows what he's doing. Whenever I have problems with my computer, I call him and he comes over to fix it.

I feel he was nice and did a good job. He said he wouldn’t charge me for having to set up my laptop a second time, but he basically charged me twice. I didn’t bring it up and just let it go. His pricing is hourly which I feel is reasonable, but I used all but one of the hours right away. I was trying to get him scheduled for that last hour, but he had already been paid so he wasn’t that motivated to come out for the last hour. It took him about 3 months to come out for that last hour. He was fully competent in fixing everything. He solved my problem which is ultimately what I needed, but I think he might need a little more experience on how to run a business.

They make house calls to solve any issues. Roman is who always comes out and he is very good. He is very valuable to me because I don’t know much about computers. He is easy to get ahold of and comes out quickly. He fixes things quickly as well, no more than an hour each visit. I have used him for years. I feel that he appreciates my age and charges me a reasonable fee. I really appreciate Roman! He is a very nice young man. He even loves my dogs which is good because he comes to my home for the service.

He is excellent! Hedid a very good job! Everything got corrected and I couldn’t be more pleased. My computer is working fine now. I thought the rate was very fair for everything that I thought was wrong with it and that it came out perfectly. The guy was very professional and explained everything along the way.

Roman was exceptional and I would definitely recommend him to all and use his company again. Very professional and follow-up after service was exceptional.

I have known The Computer Guy for years and he has fixed my computers as well as my friends and relatives computers. He has also recently helped my coworker?s friend setup computers and a network at their small business. When I refer The Computer Guy to my friends and coworkers I am confident that he will do a great job every time and will not make me look bad.
