It was Saturday afternoon. The water in my toilet kept running, and I could not turn off the water because the valve would not budge. I started to dial through all the plumber listings I could find. When I called PM Plumbing, the owner, Patrick, answered and told me he would try to get his worker out later in the afternoon after he finished the job he was working on. I asked Patrick to come out instead, but he was tied up. Several hours later, Patrick arrived at my home. He quickly installed the Toto toilet part needed from his truck. He also unplugged a sink I had stopped using because the water flow backed up and offered a maintenance solution. Patrick also inspected my sump pump work in the back yard in order to answer my questions. Although it was Saturday afternoon, Patrick took his time to complete all jobs carefully and answer all questions. He was super!

The drain was plugged very badly. The plumber stuck with the job and successfully cleared the blockage from the main basement drain. Will use the same plumber in the future , more projects in process.

Each time, he has performed his job efficiently and professionally. He thoroughly knows his business, so he can handle whatever the job entails. He arrives on time, and is responsive to emergency situations. He is honest and hardworking.

He is truly one in a million! A prompt, efficient and knowledgeable contractor with reasonable prices and integrity. First I was very impressed with Pat's professional appearance, demeanor and sincerityy. He was prompt for the appointment and wasted no time getting to work. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and why, prior to doing it. The problem with the shower valve was especially challenging (other plumbers that came to estimate that job were not sure what to do with it). Pat explained exactly what needed to be done and did it. One of the pipes was too long and had to be shortened and realigned so the fixture would set flush against the wall. The back side needed reinforcement for stability. The gas leak was in the crawl place (an unpleasant environment to say the least. He found the gas leak and repaired it, at a rate much lower than the worst case scenario given in his estimate. His recommendation to clean and check the furnace and install a back flow protector on the outside faucet, knowing it was needed to pass inspection, was greatly appreciated.
