+ -1 moreThey were extremely good to work with. They accommodated a couple of changes in our schedule due to my traveling for business. When it came time to tear out the old driveway, they made extra efforts to fix the underlying base issues. There was a minor increase (for materials) in the original price of the work, due to the extra base material that was required. This was understandable. After the job was completed, they did a good job of cleaning up the work area, putting sod back into place, etc. I would recommend their services to anyone.
Description of Work: Northbound Construction provided a complete tear-out and replacement of our concrete driveway and sidewalk that had buckled and settled severely after only 7 years.

+ 0 moreAbsolutely horrible! Matt is the rudest business person I have EVER dealt with. The patio was put in 9/1/11. The sealer wasn't done correctly, so they were supposed to redo it. They didn't. Then they were going to come back in the spring 2012 to redo it (after the MILD winter we had). They didn't. Then because of the heat, etc...the patio started to crack in several areas, the stamping wasn't done all the way through, there were areas where the color wasn't done, and several other issues. Matt ASSURED us he could FIX it. While this was a brand new patio, and I didn't feel it should have to be fixed, i agreed to let him try. He spent a few hours at my home while I was on vacation to try and fix it. Of the list of about 11 different things that needed to be fixed, he only did 2!!! This was 3 weeks ago. He was supposed to come back to complete the areas that he ignored, but hasn't shown up or called. My lawn furniture is still in the middle of my back yard!!! I wouldn't deal with Matt or his company again if you paid me.
Description of Work: Had a stamped concrete pato put in 9/1/11. They were subcontracted out from another company.

+ -1 moreThey have done an excellent job. I liked the quality of the results and their understanding of my concerns and their positive reaction to them. They came out to give me a quote and described what they would do and they gave me a price. I found them on the web and the comments of other people suggested they were the way to go. I had a conventional cement driveway and they took it out and replaced it. They just finished today and it is absolutely beautiful.
Description of Work: North Bound Contruction Inc replaced my driveway.
