Macson was hired to bond a pool. Six sprinkler service lines were cut by the techs completing the job. At this time I have not been reimbursed for their negligence. Thought I was working with a responsible company, in my opinion I made a mistake hiring them for this job! Very irresponsible!

I hired Macson to replace a blown circuit breaker and check for the cause. While the technician was at my home, another job came up -- installing an electric cooktop. He did that as well, completely it quickly and perfectly.

The estimate they gave was fair. I appreciated how quick they were able to get the work done. They also finished the work on budget and followed the timeline they gave as well. Great company to work with overall.

Today we had Macson Electric replace a light fixture in our kitchen. Not only did they replace it, it was relocated which require rewiring. The electrician was very helpful in aligning the fixture to where we wanted it to go. He did an excellent job with very little mess and in a timely manner. I can't believe I'm saying this, put it was a pleasure having him in our house to do this work. It was like having a friend over to do the job. Thank you Bobby.

They are good and fast everything you need all in one

Due to the heavy volume I'm sure of service calls etc, it took a long time to get service to my home. The process was 2 step which was ok but added time delayed in the actual service date. That being said and it is what it is on all other counts I would rate this company as excellent on all fronts. (At a very reasonable rate.) Very Punctual, Quick, Knowledgable, Friendly, and Attentive to my needs.

I hired Macson Electric to come out and fix my water heater line. John was the technician assigned to my house and he was professional and did a thorough job. He arrived promptly and was done in about 1 hour. Excellent work!!

EXTREMELY prompt!!! What a pleasant surprise! Called before arriving. Technician was very well versed, neat, efficient and courteous! Will definitely recommend to friends, family and neighbors.

The team was very professional and I would be more than happy to use them for all my needs in the future. They came in to wire my basement which was being finished and the team was kind enough to walk me through all the details of the job and also make recommendations along the way but still honoring my overall plan.

This is the second time we have hired Macson Electric. Both times they have been excellent in quality of work and customer service. John knows his work and is efficient. After completing the work, John and Alex cleaned up after themselves... another great means of customer service. Highly recommend them!

They originally told me it will be $45 per hour (never gave in writing -clever!). Then when the work started they said $70 per half an hour ($140 per hour). All they did was moving a Telephone outlet to from one room to another and repaired an outlet at the Garage. They billed me $425. Later called and asked for $700 which I refused. Basically these guys are BIG TIME RIPOFFS...STAY AWAY. They still couldn't diagnose an issue...I consider this incompetent.

I highly recommend this company. They were extremely professional, excellent work for the value. They ran additional exterior and interior outlets, separate power and disconnect for my hot tub, and upgraded my main service panel. Very neat work when running the exterior conduit along the walls. I will definitely use them again, and recommend you do also.
