They were called to repair a damaged meter box and riser to the Edison drop to the house that had been damaged by falling tree limb. They arrived the same day I called to provide a quote. The needed repairs were completed the day after the limb was removed from power line. Estimator and technician that preformed the repair were friendly and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with their response time and quality of work preformed and would highly recommend to anyone needing electrical work.

Carl, the technician, arrived early, understood what I wanted, and immediately set to work. He was polite, respectful of me and my home, and professional. The work was done correctly, there were no "surprise" costs or additional charges. He cleaned up after himself. I couldn't have asked for any more, and I'd recommend Macson to all my friends without hesitation.

I installed a water tank incorrectly and at first called out a different electric company and they could not figure out problem. I call Mascon after replacing the tank and have same issue. The worker found the problem in 2 minutes, and actually charged a bit less then the first company that didn't find anything.

My experience with this company was excellent. They were able to come the same day I called and the job was thoroughly completed with professionalism and knowledge. Electrician John is also a really nice guy! My jobs were diverse, but presented no problem to his expertise. The price was more than fair.

The electrician showed up at the appointed time, did the job, explained the workings of the attic fan, and left no trace that he was ever there. Also, prior to the installation, the saleswoman was very helpful and informative about attic fans (electric versus solar), and made sure I got the right electric attic fan for my size house.
