Special ordered an item and agreed to pay $35 fee to get overnight. Store mistakenly ordered wrong item and apologized and said they would reorder but if I needed overnight I would have to pay an additional 35. for the shipping a second time. This is per the owner. Asked to talk to owner and was told his policy is he does not speak to customers. I was told to talk to manager, but he wouldn't be in until the following day which would not allow us to get item in time. Store associate asked him again to speak to us and again he refused per his policy of not speaking to a customer. I ended up ordering the item through amazon and was able to get overnight but amazing that this owner will not speak to the customers that keep him in business. Also very shocking he would require a customer to pay a shipping fee twice for one item, when the mistake was on store end. Would highly recommend any of the other tile shops in same area. Staff friendly but owner very arrogant and unprofessional.
