Their employees were very polite. They didn’t use any high pressure sale tactics, unlike other providers. I ended up hiring a different company, but I would consider Kopke for any future projects.

They may not be the cheapest, but their work is solid. They are more than willing to make sure their customers are satisfied. I’m a tough grader, but I would certainly use their service in the future.

Overall, I had good experience with them. They were professional and responsive to my needs. However, I decided to go with a company who gave me lower bid.

It is also important to remember the following: In April 2007, we contracted with Kopke Remodeling to install in our basement a full bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower, bath, toilet and sink at a cost of approximately $21,000. We have been steady, longtime customers of Dave Kopke and Kopke Remodeling and have always been pleased with their work. At first, Mr. Kopke and crew were responsive and cooperative to my queries regarding the vanity top. I met Mr. Kopke at his conference table during the week of December 11 2009 and he told me that he would send the company inspector to our house ? a few blocks from their office ? to check it out and see what could be done. He said that he could then determine whether the top could be buffed in some way to restore the original shine, or if the top would have to be replaced altogether. He told me that the material used was probably made up of crushed pieces of marble bound with a manmade material to resemble natural marble. While I was there, they attempted to find the applicable records but were unable to locate them. Early the following week, the inspector visited our house to check out the sink top. He stated that it was, in fact, constructed of real marble, not a fake marble compound. Real Marble, he said, had to be resealed every six months and should never be exposed to a cleanser containing lemon oil. Unfortunately, these facts had never been explained to us, either verbally or in writing, at any time during or after the installation of the vanity top. Consequently, we had never had the marble resealed and had regularly used cleaning products made with lemon oil. One of Kopke?s employees, whom I choose not to name, verified that they frequently do not have the time to explain such details to their customers because they work on so many different jobs that they cannot keep track of which customers have been properly instructed in correct cleaning practices and which have not. Mr. Kopke has flatly refused to give us a new vanity top. His denial is based on the fact that the warranty has expired. We do not feel that this is a warranty issue. We feel this is a matter of a local business maintaining the good will of a steady and loyal customer who has spent many thousands of dollars over the years and that Mr. Kopke should be more than happy to make us whole again. The cost of a new sink top would surely be of little monetary consequence to Mr. Kopke when compared with the benefits of keeping such excellent customers as us content so that we will keep Kopke Remodeling in mind the next time we plan to have any home improvements done, and so that we can, in good conscience, recommend Kopke Remodeling to our friends and neighbors for their home improvement needs if and when they should arise. Under the present turn of events, we can do neither.

There were constant delays because all materials had to be ordered and were not delivered in a timely manner. And a window trim kit was ordered without measuring the window first, so it didn't fit and caused another delay of several days. But the final work was well done and all the workers were friendly and professional.

When they say they are going to be here they show up in a timely manor. I have had a good experience with this company. They are very clean and accommodate my schedule. They seemed very concerned about the consumers needs.

I THINK THIS COMPANY IS ONE OF THE BEST! THEY SUCCEED IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I THINK THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB ON THE PORCH. THE CLEAN UP WAS THOROUGH. THEY SOLVED ANY PROBLEM THAT CAME UP AND DID WHAT WE WANTED THEM TO DO.
