Very good went very smooth , Friendly very knowledgeable and on time.

James has the right to turn work down - don't get me wrong - just wish he would have replied with more professionalism. I didn't need to know he loses money - and I felt like I had my hand slapped for inquiring. Also, if he took the time to update his website, I wouldn't have spent my time looking through his gallery and filling out the contact form. He wouldn't had to spend his time reading our email and replying to us. After all, time is money.

Jim went above and beyond our expectations. The plans included nailing patterns and very detailed (zoomed in) sections in the drawings that illustrated close up views of the major structural areas of the room. He came out to the house several times while I was demoing the existing walls, to ensure all of his structural assumptions were correct.

Nothing happened

I am so impressed with him. He was so easy to work with and is very honest. He was able to work with us in person, and via email and phone. Three builders were sent the plans for review each of them said they had never seen such detailed plans and coming up with an estimate was a breeze. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

I called the gentleman and got his voicemail. I left a voicemail saying that I would like to discuss retaining his services for developing a design to rehab an existing home. He never called me back.

I was asked by my insurance company to get a licensed expert to give them a complete report of what was done poorly by the contractor who did the work at my home. It was done improperly and has had numerous difficulties. It has been more costly in repairs than what the original job cost. He came and explained all problems, and gave a report on what is necessary to correct the problems.

James Dudzinkski agreed that my builder did EVERYTHING correctly and there was absolutely no basis for the inspector's comments or concerns. He followed up with a phone call to the inspector and then drafted a letter detailing his findings and assessment which allowed me to receive final approval. THANK GOD THAT I LOCATED HIM......AS THE OTHER CUSTOMER RELATED, THIS WAS A TOTALLY AWESOME EXPERIENCE....I TRUELY WISH I FOUND JAMES A YEAR AGO BEFORE I WASTED MY HARD EARNED MONEY HAVING ROB OELKERS (A DESIGNER....NOT AN ARCHITECT) DRAW UP THE PLANS FOR MY PORCH.....ONLY TO REALIZE THAT MR. DUDZINSKI WOULD HAVE DONE THEM FOR AT LEAST HALF THE COST !! LIVE AND LEARN. Take my strong advice and use James for any and all architectural needs. You will VERY glad that you did. I will use him constantly now........It's not fair that someone like him can get all the schooling and take the official licensing exams to become a real architect when these "DESIGNERS" simply go out and learn a software package but don't put in the sweat equity.

The drawings were incredibly outstanding. The prices were beyond reasonable. I recommend him to anybody. After being taken advantage of by other contractors, this member was great. He is real; he is not fake. He should be in the consulting business. He helped me out immensely. I would never use anyone else. I highly recommend him.
