In Syts Snow Removal & Landscaping

Could not get him to come out as promised and would not answer calls or texts. Ryan was the first to call me back. He can be very nice when you are asking for a quote. I picked him because he was quick to reply, seemed nice and honest and eager. BOY WAS I WRONG. I hired him on a Saturday and he said he could come out on the next Tuesday. I said no later because with the rain we were having, the grass was getting really long. When I got home, the front grass was cut but not the back. My neighbor had gone ahead and cut the front as a favor. I waited until Thursday to see if Ryan would contact me about the grass. Nothing. I called on Thursday morning to see why he did not come by. He said his men did but saw the front cut and figured I had did it. I told him no way. The grass was so long against the fence for the backyard, all you had to to was look and you could tell it was not cut. He promised me that he would have his men come that evening. 6 pm comes and goes and nothing. I try to call him. He does not pick up. 8pm comes and goes and again I try to call..he sends me to voice mail after 2 rings. (I did not like that at all. Totally unprofessional.) I texted him a nice text asking him to just let me know by the end of the night if he could not do it so I could look else where. No text or call. I called again the next morning to see if I could reach him. He let it go to voice mail. I left him a message that if he did not return my calls I would leave him a bad review as I thought his attitude was very unprofessional and I didn't want anyone else to have an issue with him. Guess he doesn't mind bad reviews. Look else where. Not a good one out there. Please do not hire him. You will be really sorry. He is totally unprofessional in the way he handles his business. Like he does not care.
