Description of Work: We had new quartz countertops installed. My wife made several visits to the showroom with questions on the product or the installation. Our sales person was always took all the time necessary to answer her questions and assist in selecting the product. When it came time for the installation, the crew made sure that my wife was completely satisfied.

Description of Work: They came to the house and did a layout of the new kitchen plan. Then they were supposed to come back again and have the contractor take measurements. I took awhile to decide if I wanted to proceed. They were not especially interested apparently as they didn't call me to find out why I held off. |

Description of Work: Altogether, I dealt with 8 different people in various stages of getting a new granite kitchen counter installed. Everyone was courteous, timely, and knowledgeable. AND they cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: They did a very nice job; but once they had some money, they did not return phone calls and I had to go there for a response. Our work was not done in the time stated when we gave them money down. We were told the template was done; when we went to see it, it was not done at all and we had to make another trip back.

+ 0 moreNot very pleasant people to deal with. When counters finally arrived, one was too large and installers forced into place which resulted in damage to cabinetry. Took almost 2 weeks of furious phone calls to get them to come back out and fix their mistake. Lady in office was rude and inconsiderate. Should be fired. Upon different crew returning to repair, wanted to sink counter into wall which would have left one side of stove out farther than the other. They tried to butcher in to get out quicker. Would never recommend this company.

+ -1 moreWe first met the people from this company at a builders expo and were very impressed with their enthusiasm and the information they provided on what to look for when pricing granite jobs. When we were ready to find a fabricator, we received good references from others and so we went with them. We knew very little about granite and it's installation at the time, but they took the time to explain everything, show us pictures, modify things when we changed what we wanted, etc. Most of our advance communications were done by email which was fine with us, as they were very far away. Mark Popa was always available on his cell phone or by email when needed. The templater, Josh, came out promptly as scheduled, and again he took the time to answer all my questions. His work seemed very precise. Our job included a bar area with different levels, as well as the usual cutouts for the sink and cooktop. When they came for the installation, they were prompt and efficient. They cleaned up everything. We had to call them back because we thought the sink needed to be centered better in the cutout. They came back the next working day and fixed it to our satisfaction within 15 minutes. Their invoices and written information was clear and complete, broken down so that we knew just what we were paying for. We were really happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend this company.
Description of Work: We were having our kitchen remodeled. The company did the fabrications of our granite countertops, back splash and cutouts for sink and cooktop.
