KITCHEN FLOOR INSTALLATION WAS FINE. CARPETING INSTALLATION NOT DONE PROFESSIONALLY, IN MY OPINION. USED MY VACUUM WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, LEAVING IT IN A TOTAL DISASTER. NOT SHOWN PADDING BEFORE NOR AFTER INSTALLATION. NOT RESPONSIVE FOR NUMEROUS DAYS TO MY PHONE CALLS AFTER INSTALLATION. FINALLY CARPET INSTALLER CAME TO CHECK OUT MY COMPLAINTS. HE TRIMMED LOOSE FIBERS AROUND SHOE MOULDING AND EXPLAINED THAT MY MOULDING SCRATCHES WERE A PART OF PROCEDURE. APOLOGIZED FOR THE VACUUM ISSUE. TREATED ME WITH DISRESPECT, IN MY OPINION.
