We hired Ever-Dry to help with basement issues which they installed two new sump pumps and an interior and exterior drainage system with no issues and all permits were pulled and approved.

Professional, clean, attentive, helpful and respectful. Great job!

It's a dirty, disruptive experience. Still going on. There were things that didn't get completed, still working on that. Ive had to make numerous phone calls, sometimes they say they'll call, or be here, doesn't happen. They tore out my cabinets; they're destroyed and the remains are in piles in the basement. Dirt EVERYWHERE. Still need an electrician so there's not extension cords all over the floor. And they have to return in a few months (4, 6 ? Depends, keep getting different answers on that) to deal with the dirt piles around the outside. Meantime I do a LOT of cleaning. Inside and out. Don't ever want to go through this again.

They had me pay twice as much down payment ( $40.) because I was paying cash instead of using their financing. Sales tactics made me regret my choice. The amount I am paying is more than twice what Home Advisor or Angie say it should cost. I tried to cancel four days later but was turned down. Any suggestions for me? The job is not scheduled until March unless they have a cancellation. I firmly believe the deposit and the price of the job to be done are extraordinarily high.

Everdry is the absolute BEST waterproofing anyone could want! Never a leak in over 20 years! Not even during the flood of 2011! Great customer service, polite ,knowledgeable and honest! I'd give 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend everdry to everyone ! Everdry is the best waterproofing available!

My contract states I have a lifetime transferable warranty. They refuse to transfer my warranty. I fell into the qualifications to get my warranty reinstated but they refused to transfer it or reinstate it. They made me pay $65 to have a pre-inspection and when they inspected it they said I qualify if I pay them $3,400, which I was okay with. I told them I was selling my house and I just wanted to restart the warranty so the next owners could get it. After I called and asked them to send me an email of the quote, the guy got mean and upset with me. He told me that he would not do it anymore and so my realtor called them and he was yelling at her and talking over her and told her he owns the company, even though he was talking to me about his boss when he was at my house. He also continued to tell my realtor that I am untrue and I did not tell him my house is for sale... But I did and there is a for sale sign in the front of my house. He then told my realtor that my basement wall is bowing and the foundation is no good, ( my foundation but is fine) while at my house, he had told me he does not do any foundation work and he had told me that my wall is not bowing and he had worked on houses where they were. All I wanted was to reinstate my warranty and have them fix some of the tar they put in before I even moved in. But he told my realtor he will never do work on my house what so ever. Even though it is a lifetime warranty. Do not trust this company. They are unprofessional and untruthful, and they just take your money. The guy I spoke with and paid to do the ore inspection was Mike. Do not trust him!

Installation went well. Foreman was very helpful and always communicated with me about the job status.

The salesman was less than honest disclosing information & what he said would be done was not done. The product is good the selling of it was not. I DO NOT like the appearance of the panel that covers the wholes. I think the wholes should be drilled lower so the panel could be closer to floor level. They covered the front of our brick fireplace with this panel that looks rediculous. Not real happy with that appearance.

Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, but we have been very pleased with the installation and fabulous service received from Ever Dry thus far. We chose the full service option for our basement and it was completed last Thursday, which was 2 days earlier than expected. The project manager and crew were very polite, professional and respectful. I was asked if I had questions each day and they were answered promptly, even when it may not have been the most convenient time. Phone reps have been very helpful as well every time I have called for assistance. Thanks for your help!
