+ -1 moreThey are very good. We are very pleased with the results. There prices were reasonable and in line with other estimates. The problem is there is not very many people in this area that do that kind of work .There were problems underneath the stucco with carpenter ants and we had to have wood replaced.
Description of Work: We had an add on in our home and the stucco was cracked and they repaired it.

+ -1 moreCorey came out promptly to give us an estimate, but explained that his product is not the same as the stucco we had on our home, and that it would be very expensive compared to replacing it with the regular stucco. He said he would be glad to do the work for us, but recommended that we try to get a less expensive option first. We did find someone, but we do appreciate his honesty!!!

Description of Work: Major EIFS repair on our EIFS home. This included exterior walls, roof kick-outs integrated to EIFS, integration with new windows, painting of entire home and integration with new balconies.

Description of Work: wanted to charge a 75.00 to come out to Richmond Michigan, he is in Sterling heights.. not that far... but then wanted to proceed to tell me how it weeds out the serious people or not and how busy he is right now... with my experience these are the guys what just want to come in and slap s*** together,... want to hurry up have you pay then and do crap work.. I am so tired of hearing how they have to charge for an estimate or they would spend all day running around and not be compensated.. on the other hand am tired of guys telling what great work they do and I end up paying for s*** work or end up paying someone else to straighten out there mess..

Description of Work: I was searching for some quotes on some stucco work for my house and of course started with Angie's List. I saw EIFS had a previous review of "F", but noticed it was due to lack of contact and follow-up, not based on the work provided. I figured I'd give them a shot and see if I could boost their rating. Nope. Scheduled an appointment with Corey, went out of my way to make sure I was there on time, he was a no-show, with no call or explanation. That was on a Friday, the following Monday I called and scheduled again for that night, another no-show. Not sure what the reasoning is, but I'd say not very courteous and un-professional to say the least. Obviously too busy to take the time out for new business, probably doesn't belong on Angie's List.

+ -1 moreI spoke to Corey about getting a quote for exterior EIFS on my home. He's was very hard to get a hold of...he'll never return your call. When I finally did talk to him and arrange to meet - Big surprise...he never showed up.
