Noah arrived on time. He pointed out what needed to be done & gave me a verbal estimate. It seemed a little high & he asked me if I wanted him to e-mail me a quote & I said "yes". He never sent me the quote.

Noah and his crew completed the job in a very timely and professional manner. I was pleased with how well they cleaned up the entire job!! I am going to recommend Easy Home Improvement to my family and friends.

They did an excellent job. Thorough explanation of work involved and showed me my problem areas so I had a clear understanding of what and why I needed certain work done which I appreciated. Very nice clean up before they left. Will recommend to others without hesitation.

The small repair job done was fine. The salesman came out to give me estimate on work and informed me I needed the whole chimney be redone and I agreed. I got another person to check out the chimney who didn't believe I needed the $1600 work done so I cancelled the work and asked for just the small points that had been damaged to be repaired The job was done but the salesman was a jerk and was rude after I didn't want the $1600 the work done didn't even take an hour I would not recommend the guy I felt hustled for work that didn't need. I will not hire if I do need more work in the future

Very satisfied. Explained what they were going to do. Explained why the bricks were falling apart. Very thorough and detailed. Showed up 20 minutes early for quote as well as the day they started the work. Workers were polite and courteous and worked at a steady clip until work was done. Excellent clean up. Very happy I went with Easy Home Improvement.

I've hired many contractors over the year, some really bad; some really good, but none like Easy Home Improvement! Noah and the crew were doing a job in the neighborhood. Driving by, Noah noticed some cracking in the brick in front of the house, and stopped by, since he saw me out watering my wife's flower garden (she gets a garden, I get all the work). At first, I told Noah that I wasn't interested in getting any work done, but What Noah said made a lot of sense. He showed me how the cracking had spread and why it would continue to spread if I didn't get it repaired and I thought it seemed good not to procrastinate any longer. The price was a little more than I thought at first, but I really felt comfortable with Noah. He was such an expert, that it was easy to see why he has done 4 jobs in our sub already this year. I don't know how Noah notice the problem just driving by, but we're sure glad he did. I hired him right on the spot, that's how impressed I was with his knowledge. I wasn't disappointed either! They came out the next day! Tim, the brick man, was so polite and knowledgeable, and he really worked hard to answer all my questions. Easy Home Improvement is a TOP NOTCH company! I would recommend them to anyone.

The price estimate was fair, and the work was completed in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the results.

He told me it would fall apart again and it needed to be done up to code, which I understand. He told me what needed to be fixed was under the porch. He told me it would be $900 and they would be there all day.

The owner was very responsive. He came out immediately after my call requesting a quote. He was clear on options. He followed up on brick color and how it matches current, as well as brought sample to show and confirm ok. He also called ahead to confirm work is as scheduled. He cleaned up old brick and performed all work as agreed on all areas. This company was incredibly professional and polite with all aspects from sales, planning, and work conducted. Living in Michigan the winters can be pretty harsh. My front steps and porch where in need of some repairs. I called around and got quotes on replacing the front steps on my porch. After a few different companies came to my home I decide to go with easy home improvement. They removed the precast steps and replaced it with limestone tops. The old steps had become a very serious tripping hazard. They also tuck pointed my front porch. The masonry work they provided was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends. They where fast, efficient, and friendly while getting the job done. I am very happy I chose Easy Home Improvement to do the work. If I need any work done in the future they will be my first phone call.

Very professional and courteous upon initial contact on phone. Scheduled appointment and they were on time and gave me my options. I decided to just have all the bricks on my porch replaced as well as my precast steps. I had been meaning to get the work done and the city inspector gave me the extra little push I needed. They showed up on time and got immediately to work. Very impressed that they were able to get it all done in one day and my porch now looks great! My neighbors came over to take a look and they thought it was a great job as well and have scheduled to have theirs done by Easy Home Improvement too. I was referred to Easy Improvement from my brother in law. I closed on my house after the holidays and it needed some serious masonry work. I don't know the first thing about construction but I talked to Noah on the phone and he came out my home and gave me an estimate. Noah went over all the problems on my house. He was clear what he was doing and why it needed to be tended to. I was nervous about the price because this is my first house Ive ever bought. After he quoted me I did some research online and I think he was beyond fair considering what I have seen other prices go for. The job was done within a day and there was no hassle. The mortar and bricks that was replaced easily blend in to the old bricks on the house. I thought for sure it would be messy but I was pleasantly wrong. When it was all said and done I thought the job was a MAJOR improvement and they cleaned up all the access mortar and dust. Im glad my brother in law referred them to me because I wouldn't know the first place to look when it comes from masonry work. If anybody needs masonry work or tuck pointing done on their home I would highly recommend Noah with Easy Home Improvement. Big Thumbs Up for Easy Home Improvement.

It went extremely well. They did what they said they were going to do and in the time frame they said they would do it. Staff was very friendly and extremely courteous Very impressed with the whole experience. I have them scheduled to come back next spring to make a few more masonry repairs that need to be addressed.

Noah and Mickey are true craftsmen. From the first phone call to completion of the job, they were courteous and professional. We will most definitely have them back in the spring to have some more bricks replaced!! Highly recommended them, no need to research or use anyone else.

Noah was great!! I received an estimate right away..Noah came out and measured the steps and explained the process and price for the job. I asked Noah if it was possible to have the project done in the early morning hours...Noah and crew arrived at 8 AM....perfect!!!! I am a early riser so this was extremely convenient...The steps were installed and usable that day....I want to thank Noah and his crew for the great work they did... These guys are worth their weight in gold... Noah is honest and his prices are reasonable...I will be using Easy Home Improvement again!!!

Upon initial contact the provider returned my call quickly and was able to come out and assess the job within a few days. The brick stairway on our 1937 home was in severe disrepair, the porch brick needed some attention, and the cement top of the porch was also cracked above the stairs. We weren't sure which course of action to take or even the extent of repairs we could afford. He discussed all of our options, giving us pricing for each on the spot. Once we decided on the work he drew up the agreement and gave us an approximate date a few weeks out as well as an approximate duration. He even came back to check on some additional structural items so there were no surprises come the day of the repair. His approximate date and duration were dead on. The crew showed up on day one on time and after three days left us with a new porch and stairway that, with some weathering, will look very close to original on our 80 year old home. My husband and I are extremely pleased and we've received positive comments from friends and family that have seen the work, as well. We plan to have them back to perform some repairs and tuck pointing in various places around the exterior of our home in the future.

Noah from Easy Home Improvement came and upon visual inspection of my Chimney he declined services due to the height of it ( I have a three story house in historical Southwest Detroit, built in 1902). He was very upfront and I appreciate that. I got estimates for other brick work in the garage who was built in 1924 for tuck point repair here and there in 3 walls $3000.00 and if replacing 3 lines of bricks on one of the walls $4500.00; work that needs to be done but my priority is the over 100 year old chimney. I have no doubt Noah is worth the money he is asking but I do think is on the high end. Also if your home is over two stories unlikely he will take the project.

The crew arrived on time. My porch looks good. The company is easy to work with and will make sure you are satisfied.
