The workmen were very prompt and professional. They left everything neat and tidy when they left. The issue we had with this business is that when the owner/manager came out to give us an estimate of the work on the chimney we asked him about repairing 3 bricks on the patio where the brick facing had come off. He told us they could do that as they would have the brick with them and it would not be a big deal. Then we asked him about brick work on the front porch where several brick facings had come off. He said that was a much bigger job and would be about $1900. We decided that was more than we wanted to do at this time so said to just do the work in the back. After the work was completed on the chimney we asked the work crew about the brick repair on the patio. They told us that wasn't on their work order so had my husband talk to the owner/manager on the phone. The owner told us that, since we weren't having the brick facings done on the front porch that they wouldn't do the patio bricks, that the patio work was included with the porch job. This was not the agreement we made. He had already told us they could do the patio since they would have the brick here before we even discussed the front porch. We are generally happy with the work that was done but feel the owner reneged on the patio work.

Noah and his crew were great! They worked straight for hours and never even took a break! They answered all of my questions, walked me through the job and progress throughout the day. Before they left, they picked everything up extremely well and saved some of the original bricks for me too which I appreciated! They also notified me of a hole in the roof that wasn't found during my house inspection. They fixed it up for me until I was able to get a roofing company in to fix it completely. Would definitely hire these guys again!

Noah and his team did an excellent job! They were extremely professional and helpful from the first estimate to the day they came out to do the repairs. About 8 rows of bricks had to be replaced and they did a great job of matching the old 1949 brick. One of the workers even went above and beyond by applying a waterproof sealer to one of our front porch steps which was much appreciated.

It finally turned out okay, although I didn't get the work done because I was trying to compare the prices. I think the prices are little high. I may not use him again depending on the quote. I don't know how good the work is because I haven't seen his work. I don't know if I would use him again. When he came out the first time, he didn't have any estimate sheets to give me. He told me he would email me one. Apparently, it didn't come up on my tablet. I called him back and he eventually came out with a written estimate. I wasn't mad at him about that.

They came on time and finished on time. Cleaned up all morter and dust also.

I didn't feel comfortable with the gentleman that came out. He was in a unmarked truck and he quoted me the same price that he did for an example over the phone. There was something about his presentation that didn't sit well with me. There were reg flags for that particular service. He started off by telling me that sandstone is very expensive, that I didn't like. He might be a new business, I looked at as he was going to charge me $1300 regardless of the work done. I thought his price is elevated.

A real person answered the phone, and they gave me a very competitive price to fix the steps even though I called on a Friday before a holiday weekend. We got home and the job was complete! THANK YOU!

Easy Home Improvement did a great job. The weather was not cooperating (couldn't manage a day warm or dry enough for the masonry work, so they came out on a Sunday and completed the work in about 6 hours. We're very happy with the work they did.

Bought the $79 for $200 deal. Easy Home Improvement provided a cost estimate cost to do the job of $950 -- with coupon, the net cost was $829. I thought it was high, so I sought another estimate from a highly rated Angie's List provider. The latter estimate come it at $500 for the same work. I went with that provider (obtained refund from Angie's List on Easy Home Improvement coupon) and was highly satisfied. Easy Home Improvement was very nice and professional when providing the estimate -- was easy to talk to and spent time explaining what they would do and why, but the cost disparity was too great. Based on my conversations with both providers, my take on masonry pricing is that its seems that masonry providers -- coupons or no coupons -- charge $1500 a day or approximately $750 for a half-day job if they can string two half-day jobs together. In my case, the job wasn't even a half-day (only took them a couple of hours), but my small job fit into the limitations of early spring season weather, so my take is that one provider gave me reduced pricing, but Easy Home Improvement did not.

They did an excellent job of completely rebuilding the porch, its better now that when it was first installed.

He was on time, efficient, polite and gave me the information I needed to know. He also quoted the work to be done, and I'm in the process of looking at the market value of what needs to be done.

The job was professionally performed and when they left you could not even tell they were here. I highly recommend this Company for all of your masonry needs. Once again I cannot say enough good things about Noah and his crew. I certainly will have them perform all of my masonry work in the future.

Very well. Noah arrived on time for estimate. It was getting late into cement season but he said he would do the repair as the chimney was not in good shape. The workers arrived on the scheduled date early in the morning and completed the job in a timely manner. They replaced nine rows of hand cut brick to rebuild the chimney and replaced the cap. They were very friendly, worked quietly and cleaned up meticulously. I would hire them again.

I had left numerous messages for contractors I found through the yellow pages but didn't get any responses. I then turned to Angie's List, found Easy Home Improvement and emailed them. Noah called me within 24 hrs. and we set up an appointment for several days later. He arrived promptly, surveyed the work needed, explained what needed to be done., and gave me what I considered a reasonable quote. He then told me if I allowed his crew to come the next day (the Saturday of Labor Day weekend) he could give me a 20% discount. Of course I said yes. His crew showed up promptly at the time I was given and worked so quietly I didn't even know they were there. I was extremely impressed with the amount of time his worker took to remove the cement from the flagstones to prevent damage and then he laid them back out and rearranged them like a puzzle until he had them laid out in a configuration he thought was acceptable. He was meticulous when cementing the pieces into place and was careful to make sure each piece had no debris left on the surface. My front stoop looks awesome - even better now than when it was originally installed. He even came back several days later to make sure the cement had settled correctly and that there were no cracks. I was extremely happy with the workmanship Easy Home Improvement provided for me - so much so that I have contracted with them again to rebuild my chimney!!!

Great, they anticipated rain in the schedule asked if they could come out on Sunday. I was impressed that they wanted the work badly. They came out spect the whole day there, professional work, cleaned up after themselves very well.

It went very well & very smoothly. The 2 workers were on time - something I really appreciate. They were polite & professional, answering and explaining all my concerns & questions. This 2-man crew worked on a sweltering hot July day, and finished the job to the end. I was practically dumb-founded when they fixed some of the broken concrete on one of my porch pillars in the front of the house at no charge. I am very happy with the results, and would recommend Easy Home Improvement LLC to everyone. They were a referral to me from a real estate agent who uses them regularly so I had the comfort not to worry about quality, dependability, etc.

I called the company to see what day they were coming out. Noah called and came out the next day. Checked out the job and made a determination of my needs. Noah scheduled the job for the following Monday. He and his crew were on time and ready to work. The work was excellent. I was very pleased!!!
