Team of 3 plus Mickey (supervisor) was on time and worked hard all day. Job-site was well cleaned up and all debris hauled away. The only issue was a roof leak the following day after a torrential rain. I called Mickey and he was at our home in less than an hour and applied some caulk which fixed the problem.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Easy Home Improvement. I would highly recommend them to all my friends, neighbors, and fellow Angie's List-ers. Mickey came out to give me an estimate within a day or so of my original call. He answered all my questions and helped me understand what to expect. (This was a pleasant contrast from another company that simply dropped an estimate in my mailbox. I wasn't sure that company understood what I was wanting and I didn't know what exactly they were planning to do, so I wasn't comfortable moving forward with them even though their price was a bit lower.) Then Don and Mickey came back to perform the repairs. They showed me the work in progress at a couple of points, and I appreciated them keeping me informed along the way. All the work was completed in one day, and I was simply awed by the final product. It turned out beautifully, with the brick on my porch looking good as new. They aligned the new brick seamlessly with the original brick on the main house structure and matched the "bark face" texture perfectly in a complementary color. They removed and hauled away all the old brick and debris, and replaced the dirt and mulch in the surrounding flowerbeds.

Adam responded promptly to phone calls and questions. He was thoughtful in helping me choose the two shades of brick needed. Don was thorough in pattering the bricks and in clean up. He took the time to show me the construction and details of the finished chimney. Easy Home Improvement is dependable and reliable. 2000 I would highly recommend services from this company.

Noah & his team were great! When they first completed the job (August 2016) I had no issues, from start to finish. They explained what they were doing, had me check the work to make sure I was satisfied, and then had Noah come and check to make sure everything was done as well. I called in June 2017 because I noticed a small crack, Noah immediately responded and came out the next day to check it out. It was a weak spot (not their fault), so he had his crew come and fix the area as well as replace a few bricks at no charge. They are efficient and know what they are talking about, I would definitely use/recommend them in the future!

Excellent work overall, however, chimney mail box, a special request, was patched up nicely but didn't correct problem of rain coming in. Fee was very high for chimney.

Easy Home Improvement did a fantastic job! Mickey came out within a day of our call and provided a detailed quote. The crew was out as promised, the work was completed in a day and looks great! We had some tuck pointing done and the basement sills replaced. Once the mortar had dried and you can’t even tell where the new and old come together! They even went above and beyond and fixed a few minor issues not in the original quote. Everyone we encountered from Easy Home Improvement was professional, courteous, and wonderful to work with. We are very happy with the quality of work and would highly recommend Easy Home Improvement.

Highly recommend them! Great communication from start to finish, Noah came out for an estimate right away! He gave us expert advice, an honest assessment of the time frame they'd be able to begin work in and thoroughly described the exact work that would need to be done. Noah is really great at keeping the lines of communication open, he double-checked with us the day before to make sure the day/time would work for us. His crew showed up exactly when they said they would, they were all kind, courteous and diligent in their work - they carried out the tuckpointing/brick replacement perfectly! The brick looks better than I even imagined possible on this old house. We had to leave before they were done to run some errands, but they still cleaned up after themselves and left the work-site pristine. Noah followed up with us right after the work was complete to make sure we were satisfied and I have to say, this company is AMAZING. We definitely recommend them if you have tuckpointing/brick repair needed as the whole team is A+ EXCELLENT!

Noah came out to see what repairs needed to be done and informed us that everything would be covered under the Angie List Pricing and scheduled a date/time for the repairs. Don came out as scheduled and performed all the listed repairs and then went ahead and performed other repairs that he deemed were necessary at no extra charge. Excellent job!

My experience was the best! After trying to get other companies to respond, Noah was responsive, dependable, honest, and his working crew did an excellent job on a partial rebuild of my chimney. I checked periodically, and they kept me informed every step of the way. They were pleasant, personable, respectful, highly skilled, efficient, and cleaned up after they were done. Quick and expert work. I would gladly recommend Easy Home Improvement.

Worker was prompt, efficient and professional. Major complaint is with cleanup process. We humbly recommend that future projects utilize protective tarps to keep all the broken brick chips, shards, and mortar chips from getting into shrubbery and flower beds around the house as well as protecting the roof from the brick debris. This would facilitate the cleanup and make the process more efficient and cleaner. Our major problem is that weeks after the project was completed we are still having to pick up small brick chips, etc. from the shrubbery beds around the chimney. We also had to clean up the top of a shed located next to the chimney immediately after the project as well as the yard along side of the house where the removed broken brick from the upper part of the chimney was thrown from the roof. Again, a suggestion that perhaps a bucket or some other type of container could be used with a rope to use to store and lower the removed bricks and debris from the roof rather that merely throw the brick into the yard where again we are continuing to find brick debris. We had no major problem with the brick debris that fell on the swimming pool cover close to the rear of the house and volunteered to clean up ourselvesf. The problem is that the other cleanup has become a major time-consuming project and we feel that it could have been averted with more careful planning and additional consideration for the customer. We continue to find new debris and are unsure if it is being washed from the roof by the recent rains or if we are just continuing to find it in different places in the shrub beds. Have not yet surveyed the roof to see if any debris was left next to chimney, etc. No complaints at all with the work done. Just very disappointed in having to deal so long with the after effects of the project.

I cannot imagine a more polite, professional, considerate crew of guys. They really knew their stuff when it came to brickwork--the house looks 100% better. They went above and beyond in terms of clean-up and putting things back. They came early and were done early. I can't say enough good things about this company. I will definitely use them again!

Excellent Ray was extremely professional, did excellent work,easily approachable, tidy and courteous; on the full day he worked alone. The chimney crew was the same!

The work was done quickly and professionally.

I paid $150 for $300 masonry services. They visited my house when I wasn't home to scope out the job. When asked about the vent removal, then bricking over the site I was told they don't have tools to remove the vent, so did I want my money back? I was having the room remodeled at the same time by someone else, so I asked my guy. He said it just had four screws and he would do it, which he did ( took 5 mins!). It was going to rain soon, so the masonry man wanted me to cover it ( insulation was inside the hole already), since they couldn't come for another week. They also said they couldn't match the red brick. Finally I got a call that said it was done while I wasn't home. It looked FANTASTIC!! They had actually made a design of one brick, then two under, then three, then two, then one. They did a great job, though I felt they didn't really want to do it from all the calls.

As previously experienced, EXCELLENT!! Not only professional but personal service! These are my guys for any and all work on brick home now and the future. A+++

Great....Contractors started on-time (early, actually) on the day of work, chimney was built well, looks perfect, and they cleaned up after. Very much appreciated.

I called, left a message, and received a call back and appointment in the same day. On the call I stated exactly what I needed done. He told me he would need 20-30 minutes if my time to talk about what I want done. The man who came to the house was on time. He looked at my back porch, quoted me a price and was ready to leave. I asked if he could write down the estimate for me. He stated he could send me an email in a day or two. I had to remind him that I also needed some work done on the chimney. The whole visit was about 10 minutes. It's a week later and I still do not have the emailed estimate of costs. His demeanor (in my opinion) was one of someone disinterested in the job so I am assuming this is why I have not received the estimate.

Don was punctual and exceptionally careful. He tarped the existing walkway. I classify the work he did as "brutal" as our house faces due south and the temperature that day was in the mid eighties. He had to handle hot pavers and use a power chisel and wire brush to remove old mortar. I am retired and saw Don take only one break. He was always on task. During the repair, Don explained why the original work had failed and what needed to be done to correct it.

His company does not do stone repairs; he stated we need a stone mason in order to have the repair work done. Arrived on time, climbed onto the steep roof and took pictures of the problem areas which he then forwarded to me.

They answered my call and questions immediately. They showed up on time and the date promised. Mickey was easy to work with and I never saw anyone work as hard as Don.
