Noah came out and looked at my job and gave me some good suggestions on how to fix the issue. Based on his assessment, the issue could be simply be fixed using caulk. I appreciated that he came out and gave me some good advice.

Noah (the owner) answered my original email to them on the same day I contacted them. He came out to the house a couple days later and gave me a quote. They came today to do the work. They were on time and worked all day to get the job done. My main concern was matching the original brick. Noah original assured me that the brick would match...and they do. I am so thrilled with the work that was done. I also want to mention that the two workers that were here all day were very professional and polite. I am so happy with the work I've already scheduled more brick work that needs to be done.

They arrived right on time and the stonemason got to work. He worked from nine to 4 on my house. He did a nice job on both sides of the house and the chimney and cleaned up. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs tuck pointing done on their house.

Our experience with Easy Home Improvement began with the actual owner, Noah. He answered the business phone and listened to my wants and needs with the exterior of our home. He scheduled with me a date and time on that phone call and showed up promptly. His time spent with us, the homeowners, was personable and professional. He addressed that he prefers his client's to do a walk around with him in order to write his proposal/contract. The proposal is efficient, clear, and if we had any questions, he did not hesitate to address us with precise answers. Noah, the owner of Easy Home Improvement is the man that you will deal with in all aspects of a job. We like that. With other companies, you deal with receptionists, telephone machines, recordings, long call back times, and various reps of those companies. With Easy Home Improvement, you deal with the owner, Noah! In detail, Noah, addressed all the areas on our home. The front, right side, back of home, left side of home, left and right sides of chimneys, and any and all thresholds. The scheduled time took as long as Noah predicted, with no add-ons or suggested selling beyond what we had discussed. The work was exceptionally done well! For above and beyond, the scheduled proposal of work, Noah showed us a few areas that we had missed on the walk around and he took it upon himself to tuck point the additional areas at no charge. After years of a rather rough appearance, our porch now looks much improved from the street. It makes the whole house look better. The porch railing, installed two years ago, wasn't well sealed at the base allowing water to seep in. It froze and caused cracking. All damage was repaired and post bases were resealed and cracks repaired. All seams look fine. Noah wrote up the work order and was most informative. The workman seemed happy to answer our questions and concerns and worked steadily in the hot sun for seven hours. There was a lot of dust, but that's to be expected. We just wish we'd warned the neighbors. We are well pleased with the results.

He showed up at my house and immediately told me what a dangerous neighborhood I lived in. Proceeded to give me the song and dance about how he didn't even like to come into Detroit so I'm not sure why he agreed to in the first place. He took a look at the work and gave an estimate then immediately tried to push me to let him into my house and write him a check for a deposit. I told him I wasn't going to do that until I got more estimates and he dropped the price and said he'd "Be willing to do this job at a loss if we can make a deal today". I told him he could leave and get out of my "dangerous" neighborhood full of kids on bikes. Expect to be told every "decision-maker" needs to be present for estimates because he will try to pressure you to make the deal immediately. This company doesn't like "wasting time" (his words) giving estimates unless you hire them. Very unprofessional and rude. He told me I wouldn't be able to get any other companies to come give estimates on my house, of course I've already had half a dozen companies come out for all kinds of work and no one else seemed so scared. I would avoid this company.

Easy did an outstanding job repairing my cracking falling down chimney. They restored it and looks amazing.
