We do not offer our services from approximately November 1st to March 1st due to freezing temperatures and rain/snow. The quality of work would suffer as a result of the bad weather and we feel everyone deserves the best job possible. Acceptions will be made in the event the weather allows which is at our discretion. NOTICE: There is a $49 inspection fee if you do not currently own the home and for rental/investment properties. We do not do any work associated with insurance claims.

Description of Work: A nice job on porch and steps but, mixed or spilled concrete on my lawn which will certainly need attention in the spring. A large patch of lawn is dead.

We have returned to Mr**** home and made ANY & ALL adjustments requested by Mr**** to his complete satisfaction and did so in the presence of him and his spouse. We are grateful for the opportunity to handle a less than perfect experience the way we feel it should be handled, which is to make things right with as little inconvenience to the customer as possible. Description of Work: Drilled out old mortar where the large cracks were and filled in new mortar. Repaired small cracks and holes. Finished off very nicely the front of my garage so that everything matched up very nicely. | |They did a very nice job. My husband and I were very satisfied with the quality of their work. We would definitely use them again in the future if we have any more repairs to be made.

Description of Work: I am not pleased with the quality of work, it is poor. The price was high and the quality and materials used were not good. They did not try to go above and beyond and i would never have them back at my house to do any work. I felt uncomfortable as the man smelled of alcohol. I had to have them out a second time to correct tuck pointing and seal spots that were missed and I expressed my discontent. The man had excuses and for why he couldnt do what was asked and what was in the contract. I am displeased.

We are sorry you are not completely satisfied Mr.*** Please keep in mind you asked us to repair work that was already done by someone else last year. We did make it clear during our initial inspection with you that with your limited budget and the extremely poor work performed by someone else you hired last year, that there was only so much we could do to clean up someone else's mess. There isn't a way to completely clean bricks that have mortar smeared on them from last year. We told you replacing those bricks would be the only way for you to get your desired result but you were unwilling to let us do that and insisted that we do it your way. Although we did not want to seem uncooperative at the time, in hindsight we regret having allowed you to coerce us to do it your way because ultimately you are unhappy anyway. We apologize and will take this as a learning experience for the future.
