We have had them out many times. They do a wonderful job . Carpets feel clean and plush each time.

I was impressed how well my carpeting came clean. They did a thorough, professional job. My carpet was vacuumed first, then spot treated, and then deep cleaned. It is an old, white carpet than looked like new again. I would definitely use this company again.

I just think they are absolutely professional. They are honest. They are able to treat stains correctly and thoroughly. The stain is completely gone after they treat it. They vacuum first and pay attention to the area close to the floor boards, which is not something you normally get. I could go on and on. I have used them for 27 years.

This was the BEST carpet cleaning I've ever had in my home. I've had another carpet cleaning company clean my carpets in the past and the carpets looked ok. However, when Dave at Duo-Care cleans your carpet it looks like a NEW CARPET. It actually looked better than the day we installed the carpet! Not only was it super clean, he also raked the carpet. It looked SO luxurious. He also moved all the furniture around to clean the carpet and he took great care to protect the legs of my furniture and the side of my walls. I will definitely hire this company again.

Joe arrived on time and completed the work. Some stains did not come out and it was not evident until the next day when the carpets had totally dried. Price was higher than I expected, but I have used Duo Care in the past and was pleased so I paid the price. I will use them again.

The employee was punctual and efficient. He worked hard - first vacuumed, moved furniture, and then cleaned. He finished by spraying a protectant and then raking the carpet. He didn't complain and was friendly. I had been anticipating one of the three owners to come out and was first disappointed. However, now I am happy with the work the owner's son performed.
