Per their WEB site at http://www.thedeepclean.com/macomb-mi-carpet-cleaning.htm they provide "ODOR NEUTRALIZER - DEODORIZERDeep Clean Carpet can leave your whole house smelling fresh by deodorizing and eliminating unpleasant odors. Deep Clean Carpet applies powerful enzymes that eliminates odors from urine, feces, vomit and organic odors. Whatever your situation, Deep Clean Carpet will leave your carpet smelling fresh and looking clean." I found this not to be true. My carpet is not "smelling fresh and looking clean". And notice that there's no information on their site regarding "no guarantees". This is the first thing Robert told me when I called - no guarantees. He'll just take your money and you're out of luck. He even threatened to "black ball" me in the carpet cleaning world. Ridiculous.

 + -1 moreMY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD. THEY WERE ON TIME AND HAD GOOD QUALITY WORK. THEY WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
