 + -1 moreI dont appreciate the fact that they offer new, better, and cheaper packages to new customers, but dont make them easily available to existing customers.
Description of Work: They provide internet and cable services for us. The pricing is a per month cost.

 + -1 morePrompt and professional. Took care of the problem, made sure that all of our devices were connected and working.
Description of Work: Lost internet and phone service. Technician came out the next morning to replace modem.
