Horrible, Don't know anything about VA loans, also they try to said that all that went wrong was because the state of Michigan is different. This is out 4th home loan, we had 4 new homes in the past and NEVER has this issue before. Thanks to them we lost 10000 dollars in delay, hotels, etc....they work together to get your money. First we wanted a new homes, she took us to see foreclosure homes, the next day she took us to see old homes, the third day we found a new home ourselves, and she appear there acting as she found it for us. She just went there and act like she did something and tries to sent us to see a house in the ghetto. And to make the story worst, she found us the worst loan company, Prime Lending of Troy, His name is Ali Saab and his office are lazy and lairs, and made us lose 10K. Just use USAA, Bank of America or Wells Fargo..In Other words she did Nothing, just waste our time!!!!!! The worst!!!!

Keith Reume was impeccably professional. He really knows his business and is committed to his clients. This was a complex sale and we had many questions.
