 + -1 moreI've got a guy there who knows what I want, and I get a new lease car every two years and it takes about fifteen minutes. What I did was, must have been 10 years ago, I got all the ads out of the Sunday newspaper for cars and basically emailed all the dealers and said "What's the deal?" This guy Jeff called from Buff Whelan came back to me with very quickly, very straight forward deal and I've used him ever since. They're 30 miles away, and I drive by 5 dealers to get there. These guys know how to move the metal. They make their profit on the volume they do. I think they are the biggest dealer in the country in terms of how many cars they sell.

 + 0 moreBattery was checked, I was given the results of battery life and provided with the cost of a new battery which I decided to purchase. They were finished with all service in shorter time than promised. The waiting area is comfortable with coffee and tea. An employee came in to see if anyone needed anything and if we were comfortable.

 + -1 moreThe appointment did not go well. I was charged for .5 hours of labor, which was 52.00. The service rate is excessive at 104.00 per hour. I waited one hour and 45 minutes for the car even with an appointment. Nicole in the service department is not a good person to work. At the end of the appointment Buff Whelan had a service reminder. I told the service people that I thought that work had been done. I inquired about the computerizing of records which normally is done. Nicole said there were no previous records available. I produced the hard copy of the service record which was dated just 9 months before. There people are not very honest and be sure and take any hard copies with you if you decide to book into the service department at Buff Whelan. Not a good day for me
Description of Work: My car needed service so I made an appointment at Buff Whelan. A faulty gas cap was the problem and a new gas cap was installed and corrected the problem
