 + -1 moreI asked for half ($500) of my money to try to reorder--they absolutely refused and would only offer half of a NEW order. They have consistently refused to make any offers or any concessions. I am stuck with a loss of $1,169.24 and we still have TOWELS pinned to our windows!
Description of Work: Ordered Roman shades online. My measurements were perfectly exact but the product was NOTHING like ANYTHING represented in samples, photos, online, etc. They were chenille, brown, segmented, and came with hard, plastic end covers. Absolutely wretched and completely unusable.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE GOOD WORKERS. ALTHOUGH THEY DID SEEM TO RUSH A LITTLE ON THE JOB THEY WERE DOING I STILL LOVE THE WORK THEY DID FOR ME. I REALLY ENJOYED HAVING THEM DO THIS FOR ME BECAUSE THEY WERE JUST ON TOP OF THE JOB.
Description of Work: THEY PUT IN NEW BLINDS AND THEY HUNG DRAPES ON SOME OF THE WINDOWS.
