Description of Work: I initially called Alex to repair my carpet upstairs. All calls were pleasant and professional. However, scheduling conflicts for both of us caused us to reschedule twice. We finally nailed down a date and time on a Monday. I took the day off from work only to be stood up and I haven't heard from him since.
