I am so impressed!!! I called around noon and he added me to the schedule for the same day. He said he was going to be in the area and he could just add another job after that. He and his wife worked right through dinner. They were so thorough and so nice to have in our home. I couldn't believe the price and the quality, You won't be disappointed calling them.

I spent a great deal of time reading the many reviews on Angie's as well as throughout the internet. From my initial contact with Alex, all responses were prompt, and professional. As the other reviews have stated, he did exactly what he promised. He called 1 hour prior to his arrival time, and arrived exactly on time. He and his wife assessed the house, and then went right to work. The quality of the services they provided exceeded our expectations. They moved everything themselves, and vacuumed all the floors so thoroughly. All the carpets look fantastic, and like new! Honestly, we are simply amazed at the transformation. We highly recommend Alexander's Carpet Re-Stretch & Repair. It was a pleasure doing business with this team. They are knowledgeable, hard working, honest, and extremely professional. I left a voicemail this morning for Alex to find out if he would be able to repair the carpet around our fireplace due to a recent renovation. I had previously called our carpet installer to inquire about the work, but they never called me back. Alex called back within the hour and said he would be near my area later in the day and he would call me to let me know when he could make it to my place. Just as promised, he called and said he would arrive shortly. He showed up as promised with his wife who is also his helper. They were professional and very friendly and just a pleasure to have in my home. Alex did an outstanding job. He was even able to camouflage a large flaw in our diy tile job. I tend to be a perfectionist and Alex's work was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Alexander's Carpet Re-Stretch and Repair.

AWSOME...I was stood up by a different Carpet Company. Looked up Alexander's Carpet Re-Stretch & Repair on Angie's List. Called Alex on Wednesday morning he returned my call the same day and was out doing the job on Friday. On time and very professional. Alex and his wife were very friendly and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank You again Alex for coming to my rescue.

I reached out to Alexander with some hesitation because I live in Belleville and he resides in Sterling Heights, which is quite a distant. However, he assured me the distant was no obstacle. Alexander called me the day before and the day of our appointment to confirm the appointment and communicate his approximate arrival time. When he arrived, on time, he was professional, engaging and extremely knowledgeable regarding his craft. My wife and I were impressed as he took the time to explain what caused the problem, and outlined the steps to remediate the problem. Once the work was completed, we could not believe the transformation from what our carpet looked like before to the way it looks now. What a huge different! Therefore, if you need your carpet re-stretched by a professional, honest, reasonable contractor with great interpersonnal skills, I highly recommend Alexander! Alex and wife are real professionals and very nice people. They did a fantastic job to Re stretch and re seam my basement carpet. They came exactly @ appointment time. They delivered what exactly i want...with a SMILE.

Once shown the area requiring service, he went to work immediately. Fixed the issue and charged me exactly what he quoted originally. Great! I had already made an appointment to do just a couple of rooms, and then after I had the carpet cleaned it looked quite ripply, and I realized we needed much more done. Alex was able to accommodate the added work into his schedule with just a few days' notice. He and his wife were both very pleasant and easy to work with. He did a fantastic job, and the carpet looks almost brand new (even though it is 14 years old!). Alex was very professional and thorough. I am happy to recommend his services.

Very well. Firstly, the provider was on time, took a look at all areas to be worked on and lso offered options on areas to be worked on depending on the budget. When the job was complete, I was pointed out the ares that need additional cleaning prior to getting the regular carpet cleaners involved. When the work was complete, the provider removed all excess carpet pieces and cleaned up the place.

Great! He set up a date of service immediately for us. He was on time, pleasant, clean, and very professional. He moved some furniture items to handle the work without complaint. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and I would use his services again.

Alex was easy to get hold of. He called an hour before to confirm that he was coming and was on time. He re-stretched the carpet in the bedroom. I asked him to cut the carpet in the basement, add tack strips to a new area and stretch it to fit. He did everything and then cut the carpet to make some runners for my store room and they fit very nice and he also made some mats out of the excess carpet. Living room needed a lot of work. We had 1/2 inch gap on one end and excess on the other. He stretched it to be uniform on all end, added tacks where needed and cut excess carpet off. Now all rooms look great. All work was done professionally. I recommend him to anyone.

He arrived on time and did the work in the time and within the estimate originally provided. He also suggested a small amount of additional work that made the basement look better. He also offered to help me put the furniture back in place. He took out the scrap material, too. I was completely satisfied.

He called an hour ahead of my scheduled appointment just as promised to confirm the time and address. He showed up right on time and went right to work. The carpet was heavily rippled but he worked around the floor carefully re-retching the carpet without breaking any seams. He even went back and re-stretched some areas once it had time to settle and tightened it down more. It was only 700 ft of carpet encompassing a living room, hall and bedroom but he spent almost two hours working on it till it was just right and I was happy. He did an awesome job.
