Ken came through for me in a clutch moment, I'm in the middle of fighting a tax hike on my property and had an up coming board meeting which I wanted an appraisal for.ken actually squeezed me in,called on Friday,he came out Saturday,had the appraisal back Sunday and was ready for my board meeting Monday! KEN even have my pointers on how to go about dealing with the board seeing as this was my first time dealing with a tax appeal. I would recommend him to anyone of my close friends and family.

He said he might like to buy the house, or a group of inverstors may want to buy the house. So, if that is the case, is he going to low-ball the estimate? How can he give us the best estimate, if he has this conflict of interest? I was not at the appraisal, but this is what my wife told me when she got home. Do not know if we can trust his answer. Already paid him the $350.

We needed an appraisal asap and Ken was accommodating with timing, however, not enough realistic comps were provided (I did a better job researching myself) and he was interested in making an offer. A second lenders appraisal came in $80,000 higher. What a waste of $400 and we were very disappointed.
